Attention unique care of Concierge and generally the staff went above the expectations to perform extraordinary services not usually experienced at other resorts or hotels of the highest bar. I really appreciate this service I received a special shout out to Alberto, who helped save Charlie’s life and went beyond calling. He is a remarkable person. I was blessed to encounter and a Master of the art of hospitality and services

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel, insbesondere die Villen mitten in der Natur sind wirklich außergewöhnlich schön und bieten eine besondere Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich sehr gut aufgehoben fühlt.

Allerdings sind die Preise im Hotel insgesamt sehr hoch, den man bei der Planung berücksichtigen sollte.

Für europäische Gäste ist vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass die Stadt mittlerweile hauptsächlich von amerikanischen Touristen besucht wird und sich entsprechend darauf ausgerichtet hat.

Geweldig resort waar je helemaal tot rust komt en ultiem in de watten wordt gelegd. Het personeel is 10/10, de faciliteiten zijn top. Je hoeft het resort niet uit want er zijn genoeg activiteiten die je kunt doen. Hele leuke extra’s zijn de gym in de jungle, de art corner waar je kunt schilderen en het restaurant is van top kwaliteit. Zou zo weer teruggaan volgend jaar en dat heb ik niet vaak :)

Just back from a fabulous 10 night stay.
Wanted to get away from it all and hopefully get great service....we got both in an abundance and really enjoyed our time there.
The whole setting is super peaceful and private, each villa/room (only 40 or so of them) was in its own little world away from it.
Pool area next to the beach was also very nice, with a great team taking care.
Do not want to single out any specific team member as it would be unfair to the rest as they all worked tirelessly to make the stay memorable.
Highlight of each day was the quality a la carte breakfast taken with a wonderful sea view.
Definitely will be back.

We can't recommend enough. My sisters and my mother return for a girls' trip every spring. We are treated like queens! The staff always remembers us and welcomes us back. The attentiveness to our needs is unparalleled. And the attention to detail is always so appreciated...the rooms are so lovely and private, with our own small pool. So you can lounge on the shaded patio of your own villa, or at the main pool. The sunrises on the beach are lovely, and eating breakfast at the restaurant, practically on the beach is always so special. We do the all-inclusive package, even though we don't drink much alcohol, because it makes our experience completely stress-free. If you want to feel completely pampered in paradise, treat yourself to this experience!

This was my first time traveling to Cancun and the time at Viceroy can not be understated as the absolute best time of my life! The respect of the entire staff was that of royalty, the amenities the food I could go on for hours it was simply 1 of 1. Thank you for an amazing time!

If you want an authentic, intimate, escape, Viceroy Riviera Maya exceeds all- it's private villas in the jungle with nature all around plus the absolutely amazing staff is truly one of my favorite places in the world- as a travel advisor, I always reccommend the Viceroy to guests and I always make a point of coming back myself time after time. The chef/ food is also phenomenal. I love this special place

You could not ask for a better relaxing getaway! The villas are beautiful and comfortable, and just as shown on the website. The amenities, including the pool/beach area service, the gym and the painters cove, were tremendous and left you wanting nothing. The spa treatments were some of the best I have ever had. The food absolutely top notch- with a great blend of local flavor or more traditional resort food, depending on your mood. It was tranquil, the views gorgeous, and your every need was taken care of. I cannot recommend it enough!

My partner Paul and I spent an amazing week at your property. It was our first time visiting Viceroy, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every member of the team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We truly felt special and at home throughout our stay.
A special shout‑out to Andrez at the restaurant—his warm smile, genuine kindness, and attention to detail made every meal unforgettable. What impressed us most was how sincerely he cared about creating a wonderful experience for us; it never felt like a routine task, but rather a reflection of the pride he takes in his work. He even made a thoughtful, personalized sign for us during our final dinner, which was such a delightful surprise. Any employer would be fortunate to have someone like Andrez on their team.
We travel often, and the spa experience is one of our favorite parts of discovering new destinations. Erandi, Rosa, and Armando made ours absolutely extraordinary. I can confidently say that Armando is one of the best massage therapists we’ve ever had—his work was truly exceptional. The service provided by the entire spa team was outstanding, and we can’t wait to return to your property, especially to enjoy the spa again.

The Viceroy is in a great location and has been artfully planned and designed. We stayed in a Signature Villa and were delighted at its quality, size and amenities. However, two things are standout and put the Viceroy up with the very best. The quality of the staff, their absolute desire to provide the highest level of service and always with a smile. It is impossible to name all the staff other than the ones we encountered daily - Rodrigo, Willy, Fernando, Yoshio - but the service level was consistent. The Viceroy’s two restaurants provide culinary delights and La Marea especially, cuisine most refined and elegant on par with the very best elsewhere. Our 6 nights were most memorable. We sought rest and relaxation and received it in the most charming of locations. The Viceroy did not disappoint.

L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très confortables et nous avons adoré la présence d’animaux sauvages dans l’hôtel (coati)
Le SPA est très beau, la salle de sport un peu petite mais très pratique.
L’hôtel est calme, tranquille, pas d’extravagance et pas de musique ultra forte.
C’est luxueux et confortable pour se reposer.
La piscine est grande et nous avons vraiment apprécié toutes les petites attentions apportés au long du séjour (goûter dans l’après midi, savon offert, nettoyage des lunettes de soleil !!!) nous n’avions jamais eu autant d’attentions dans un hôtel. Un vrai plaisir.
Les soirées à thèmes sont supers (la soirée night grill incroyable) et le petit déjeuner est riche en choix et en goût !
Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié dans l’hôtel merci beaucoup.

This was my favorite beach resort, ever. I am in tears now on my flight back to reality!

The hotel is a delightful, heavenly paradise. Food was great (best food we had on the trip), rooms were huge (each with a private plunge pool!), and the resort pool was pristine and peaceful (no kids, no loud spring breakers). The best part about this resort though… was impeccable service. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was so lovely, and I have to give a special shoutout to Pepe, who pampered us like I’ve never been pampered by hotel staff. The most genuine, friendly man that made our stay extra special.

I went with 3 ladies on a girl’s trip and we all said the same thing, we will definitely be coming back!

Eine traumhafte Anlage mit viel Prinacy und Dschungel-feeling. Das grösste Plus ist das äusserst aufmerksame, dezent zurückhaltende, stets freundliche Personal. Aber auch das Speiseangebot-und die Qualität der Speisen sind überragend. Die Poolalage ist wunderschön. Ein Ort der Entspannung.
