Pros:

Awesome hotel from the check in desk to the amenities in the room, plus the location and price of the hotel you couldn’t beat. Front desk staff members Jamian and Robeena made the check in smooth and easy.

Location was convenient and quite centrally located.

Cons:

There is no breakfast apart from plastic cups, juice, and a few cheap muffins. Nothing else is provided. The only coffee available comes from an old, rusty machine. The employee completely ignored the guests, creating a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, this felt like a total scam.

P.S. Ms. Jennifer was also rude. While speaking with me, she kept her eyes fixed on her computer screen instead of acknowledging me, making me feel ignored, dismissed, and underestimated. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in a customer-facing role.

Great staff and location, but horrible bed and noise.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Great location for going to the theatre. Coffee was amazing!

Cons:

The bed was lumpy. I straighten the sheets, but it was the mattress and the horrible mattress pad. Tiny room even for Times Square hotels. We were next to the elevators. Every time they move, it was very noisy. No place to put a suitcase.

Wonderful staff! Train and develop cause they are the real deal!
Pros:

What an AMAZING experience! The service from Jamian was truly remarkable and to learn he was new was so warming to see such a driven and ambitious worker on your staff! He and I chatted and had a lot in common but his professional and friendly demeanor was something that made my stay something to remember! Thank you “Jay”! I will surely be returning!

Kahvaltı yok gibi birşeydi.Daha önce Amerıkada başka yerlerde kaldığımda Continental kahvaltı almıştım.Bunun ıcınde meyve ,peynir,corn flakes gibi çeşitli seçenekler vardı.Burda ise sadece bir meyve suyu ,yoğurt ,kahve,ve 2 çeşit kruvasan vardı.Aşırı kotuydu.
ilk girdiğimiz oda aşırı küçük adım atacak yer yoktu.Banyodan karafatma çıktı.

The property was not at all like the pictures. There was a hole in the floor that was covered by carpet that I keep tripping on in my room and they were not prepared with proper linens when we arrived.
