Espresso machine as part of the continental breakfast.
John, staff member, was kind and accommodating.
The windows were moldy, the room smelled musty. No vent in the washroom. We got the room with two queen beds and a twin, for our group of 5. When we checked-in, the 5th window bed was not made, stained and torn as in the attached pics. We requested sheets and pillows for it, and they said they ran out? We ended up getting them, after the 3rd time and person asked though. The hotel was not like the pictures at all. Would not recommend, and would not stay again.

The staff was very friendly, but on the first day, I was given a very small room where we couldn't sleep because the air conditioner was extremely loud and the bathroom floor was damaged; they moved us the next day. I also paid a $300 deposit for potential damages and was told it would be refunded as soon as I left, but it has been 15 days and I still haven't received the money.

The breakfast offered very limited choice, with only sweet pastries, cakes, fruit yogurt and oranges available and no healthy or non-sugary options
