According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Every Monday, the hotel's swimming pool will be closed from 00:00 until 13:00 for maintenance and general cleaning, being released for guest use from 13:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Decepcionante.

Ao chegar ao quarto, encontrei uma Coca-Cola aberta, provavelmente deixada pelo hóspede anterior, que sequer havia sido retirada durante a limpeza. Além disso, não havia toalhas de banho disponíveis. Só percebi isso depois que já havia tomado banho e, por esse motivo, precisei me enxugar com toalhas de rosto.

Para piorar a situação, as toalhas de rosto estavam com um forte odor de barata, tão desagradável que precisei tomar outro banho para retirar o cheiro que ficou no meu corpo. O copo de vidro disponível no quarto também apresentava o mesmo odor. Cheguei a colocar água nele, mas, ao tentar beber, percebi o cheiro e precisei descartar a água.

Outro fato que me deixou bastante desconfortável foi perceber que o zíper do compartimento interno da minha mala havia sido aberto. Apesar de não ter dado falta de nenhum pertence, tenho certeza de que esse zíper estava fechado anteriormente, o que me causou grande insegurança em relação à privacidade e ao acesso aos meus pertences dentro do quarto.

Por fim, o café da manhã estava extremamente lotado, sem estrutura adequada para comportar todos os hóspedes, além de a qualidade da comida deixar bastante a desejar.

A experiência foi muito insatisfatória, principalmente pelas falhas graves de higiene, limpeza e privacidade. Para um estabelecimento que recebe hóspedes e cobra por esse serviço, considero essas situações inaceitáveis e espero que sejam tomadas providências para que outros clientes não passem pelo mesmo.
