Do atendimento do restaurante as plaquetas de informações das comidas mal informadas quando questionei se havia canela na panqueca pois tenho alergia disseram que não havia e eu poderia comer, porem tinha canela passei mal cancelei passeios por conta disso a funcionária era a chefe do restaurante.

Pros:

Joao and Ricardo were very accommodating and helpful with our special request and arranging a Taxi and helping with luggage. Unfortunately, the family rooms have not been remodeled for a long time.

No fué todo lo agradable lo que yo esperaba

Las instalaciones y la ubicación son lo mejor.

Cons:

El personal de recepción confundió la reserva. Y al momento del check inn la comunicación no fué fluída. Tuve una mala experiencia.
Aparte, El desayuno muy mal. Demasiada gente, mal servicio. La atención y la respuesta de los mozos, por ende, muy mal. Es un tema de espacio y organización.

A localização do hotel é ótima. Bem em frente ao Morumbi Shopping. A estrutura do quarto no geral é boa, tirando o ralo do banheiro.

Cons:

O ralo do banheiro do box estava entupido ou tinha algum problema, pois a água não escoava durante o banho ameaçando molhar o banheiro.
