According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Every Monday, the hotel's swimming pool will be closed from 00:00 until 13:00 for maintenance and general cleaning, being released for guest use from 13:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Reservei dois quartos porque somos uma família com dois adultos e três crianças. O meu quarto (711), estava muito bom. Confortável, boas instalações. Ao contrário do quarto onde ficou meu marido e meus dois filhos menores, quarto n. 2011.

Cons:

O quarto 2011 tem instalações antigas e móveis com aparência ruim.

A Localização e perfeita! Os funcionários São muito receptivos.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Me hospedei com minha filha de 3 anos e o funcionário chegava para fazer a limpeza por volta das 4 horas da tarde. As toalhas quando trocadas sempre ficava faltando. Aconselho a conferir as toalhas para não acontecer esse problema. O ar sempre estava muito frio e não conseguia colocar em uma temperatura para aquecer. Como eu não gosto de incomodar não reclamei com a recepção. Eu não me hospedaria novamente.

Conforto e localização
Pros:

Quarto super confortável desde a acomodação das malas, quanto ao colchão e também super silencioso. Fiquei no 9º andar.
Banheiro super limpo com amenities e a ducha maravilhosa.
Jantamos no Hotel onde há pratos e vinhos maravilhosos com excelente custo benefício.

Pros:

Ótima localização, equipe educada e atenciosa, todos os colaboradores, sem exceção, principalmente do restaurante, limpeza e recepção, muito prestativos.

Cons:

Instalações simples pelo valor cobrado. Quarto básico, sem chaleira elétrica, armário. Café da manhã não condiz com a rede Blue Tree. Academia com equipamentos necessitando de manutenção.

Péssimo atendimento e pessimas instalações

Cama mole e travesseiro duro. Fizemos uma reserva para um quarto familiar em andar baixo pelo booking. Apenas no dia do checkin fomos informados que esse apartamento só estaria disponível acima do 20° andar. No final nos ofereceram um quarto inferior para três pessoas com um banheiro onde no banho o chuveiro com ralo entupido vira piscina, o telefone do quarto não funcionava e sempre que precisávamos de algo tínhamos que nos deslocar até a recepção. Acabei por pagar por um quarto familiar e fiquei num quarto improvisado para duas pessoas c um banheiro só. Péssimo, funcionários indisponíveis para ajudar.
