Falta de higienização, quarto sujo, com muito mofo, roupas de camas sujas, fronha de travesseiro com maquiagem… cobertas com cheiro estranho! Um desastre pelo preço cobrado. Banheiro com coisas quebradas, sem manutenção.

The hotel's excellent service allowed me to fully enjoy and make the most of my stay in São Paulo
Pros:

In terms of convenience, I never had to wait very long for an elevator, even though there were many floors. Also, the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym. I loved that it had plenty of spaces to sit, relax, and enjoy myself.

Condizente com o preço e expectativas.
Pros:

Equipe muito solicita, tivemos que trocar de quarto por conta de um vazamento de água e em menos de 10 minutos já conseguimos trocar! Da mesma maneira que pedimos pratos e talheres e o cofre precisou ser arrumado, o serviço é muito rápido.

Cons:

O ponto negativo foi que não obtivemos limpeza do quarto em nenhum dos três dias que ficamos hospedados.

Decepção com o hotel, apesar da localizaçõa ser ótima e a gestão preocupada em atender bem.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são muito baixos, o quarto estava com luz pifada piscando, ar condicionado quebrado, chuveiro de um dos quartos muito baixo. Cama desconfortável.

Voltar ao Blue Tree foi como reencontrar uma boa lembrança.
Pros:

Antes de tudo, quero dizer que voltar ao Blue Tree foi uma experiência muito especial. Foi o primeiro hotel em que me hospedei em São Paulo, há cerca de 15 anos, quando viajei a trabalho. Eu era praticamente uma menina, chegando à cidade pela primeira vez, e tudo era uma grande novidade.

Agora, tantos anos depois, tive a oportunidade de voltar. O hotel está completamente reformado, moderno e ainda mais bonito, mas a essência continua exatamente a mesma. A sensação ao entrar no hall, o cheiro característico do ambiente, a cordialidade dos funcionários... é como reviver uma ótima lembrança.

A experiência começa desde a entrada. No check-in, houve uma pequena divergência em relação ao valor da reserva, mas a atendente resolveu tudo com rapidez, simpatia e muita eficiência, demonstrando um excelente atendimento.

Estive em São Paulo para o show do Harry Styles e o hotel, inclusive, ofereceu um serviço de táxi parceiro para ida e volta do estádio. Acabamos não utilizando porque já tínhamos carona, mas achei a iniciativa excelente e muito conveniente para os hóspedes.

Os quartos são impecáveis, extremamente limpos e confortáveis. Tivemos a sorte de ficar em um quarto com uma vista linda da cidade. As janelas enormes deixam o ambiente ainda mais agradável, proporcionando muita luz natural e uma vista incrível, especialmente no fim da tarde e à noite.

O chuveiro merece um destaque especial: simplesmente maravilhoso! Depois de um dia inteiro de passeio e de um show, foi perfeito. O café da manhã também é muito bom, com bastante variedade e tudo muito bem servido.

Parabéns a toda a equipe do Blue Tree. Foi muito especial retornar depois de tantos anos e perceber que, mesmo renovado, o hotel continua oferecendo uma experiência acolhedora e memorável. Com certeza voltarei nas próximas viagens a São Paulo! ❤️
