Pros:

The staff were nice

Cons:

The curtain had fungus, the AC was not working i even told one staff about it but they
didnt do anything about it.

The location was brilliant and that's about it.

I booked a superior queen room as it offered a bath, I have MS and a bath is essential for my medical condition. I only looked at rooms that offered a bath in the bathroom. I hired this room as that's what was stated in the description. We arrived to our room to find this tiny square tub at the bottom of the shower, not only that the plug hole was damaged and you couldn't even put a plug that was supplied to allow the tiny tub (not in anyway a bath to fill up). The the space provided for the toilet was ridiculous, the toilet roll holder was on the wall behind the toilet which was impossible to access, not to mention even having to wipe yourself was a mission as you had no room to even move to do so. I booked the superior room for the extra things stated and they were not provided. Also my condition I do cold water therapy for pain relief and I refuse to take highly addictive medication, so I use different methods to manage my condition, the hotel offerred a pool in the description so it's another reason for choosing this hotel. When we got back from walking alot around the city my legs were in agony, so I went to access the pool, yet we were able too. I went to reception to find no help was available even though it offered 24/7 staff on reception. Wee had to wait till the next morning to find that pool access was only available until 8pm. So I was able to access this option advertised as well. Which for my medical conditions both options advertise in which is why I chose to book with this hotel were not provided and I endured a weekend in alot of pain due to this.

Good for a night or two in a convenient location.
Pros:

Great location. Convenient to Capitol Theatre, Chinatown and light rail services. Pleasant staff. Vending machine in foyer.

Cons:

Needs a really good deep clean, bathroom getting a bit tired, shower over bath, lots of traffic noise, thin walls (woke to the sound of someone in the next room going to the toilet)

Fantastic Location for going to the theatres!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, so many good cafes and restaurants around. We were going to the Lyric Theatre and it was an easy walk there and to paddy's markets and Pitt St Mall. Rooms are clean, plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. No noise from outside or other guests and excellent block out blinds.

Cons:

Bath needed a really good scrub.. and the showerhead is fixed to the wall and couldn't be adjusted, if you are taller than 165cm that might be annoying.

Nice 3 nights in sydney.
Pros:

Good price and location is great, very close to light rail, short walk to china town, world square and in the midst of a heap of restaurants and convenient stores
