The strong sewage smell as you entered the lobby as well as the air-conditioning after 10 minutes of it being turned on, no WiFi only worked in the hallway

I am very disappointed with my stay. The rooms where cold, it was very noisy from the road noise, tne lifts had sewerage

Pleasant stay overall. I'd recommend it to people who aren't sensitive to noise, as there was noticeable hallway
Pros:

The accommodation is within the city centre and is walking distance to Chinatown and Queen Victoria Building and right next to the Capitol Theatre. Which is really nice.

Cons:

We can hear people talking several rooms away and in the hallway. It’s actually quite loud.

It’s in a handy location but very basic facilities. Wasn’t impressed by being overcharged for parking.

Great location
Pros:

Location was great close to public transport

Cons:

It was a bit dated, the foyer smelt horrible when you walked in, the shower was not very clean, shower curtain was mouldy, bed was a bit squeaky

A fantastic location such a short walk from Central and the light rail - we’ll stay again!
Pros:

Fantastic location! The room size was also larger than expected, which was a nice surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was a noticeable sewage smell in the reception area at all times. There was a sign saying work was being done there so probably related to that!
