An Unforgettable Stay That Exceeded All Expectations!
Pros:

Having lived in Bangalore, we had previously visited The Leela Palace for dining and breakfast, but this was our first time staying overnight—and the experience was nothing short of mesmerizing and nostalgic.

While we encountered a minor glitch during room assignment, Mr. Akshay at the front desk handled it swiftly and professionally, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The property itself is breathtakingly royal and romantic, but it was the exceptional staff that truly elevated our experience to cloud nine.

The housekeeping team, led by Mr. Rahen along with Ms. Syllari, Ms. Batriti, and Mr. Arewanki, ensured our room was pristine and wonderfully maintained. Meanwhile, Mr. Mohit as the Executive Butler and his team spoiled us with top-tier pampering in both the lounge and the restaurants.

Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond with their warmth, politeness, and world-class hospitality. Thanks to the whole Leela team, we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Club level stay is worth the upgrade
Pros:

An exceptional stay in a beautiful venue.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city but inside your room you are isolated from all of the city noise.

The club level lounge provides excellent service from the butler team throughout your stay. Certainly worth the additional upgrade to a club level room. From the first day, Mohit, Debjeet, and team provided excellent recommendations and service.

I’ve stayed in hotels all across the world and haven’t seen service that works at this level.

Excellent Meeting Experience
Pros:

Our overall experience hosting meetings here was great. Kiran and Rahul, in particular, took very good care of us and were prompt in responding to all our requests. The staff were very humble and courteous, and the arrangements were excellent. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly, competent, and accessible staff throughout our stay.

Despite an initial mix-up with our reservation, and despite us having repeatedly advised the hotel of our late arrival and room preferences, the team recovered the situation well and accommodated us with several complimentary extras.

A word of advice: booking directly with the hotel appears to work better than using third-party platforms, as the hotel's systems seem to struggle to process and respond effectively to requests made through those channels.

We stayed with access to the Royal Club, and the High Tea and evening beverage offerings were outstanding. Both the food and drinks were of exceptional quality, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and delivered consistently high-quality service.

The restaurants are excellent. Jamavar and Citrus were both impeccable, and the breakfast selection and quality were equally impressive.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel and one that we will gladly stay at again.
