Já foi melhor.
Pros:

Localização excelente.

Cons:

O quarto apesar de ser no 19o andar, tinha uma porta de vidro para sacada que não tinha isolamento acústico, ou seja, barulho do trânsito mesmo nas madrugadas, era intenso. Quarto dito Premium não tinha uma chaleira elétrica para esquentar água e fazer um chá ou café no quarto.
Além disso, após o check-out, me cobraram valores indevidos no cartão de crédito. Não tive nenhum consumo no interior do Hotel e mesmo assim me cobraram consumo, do que exatamente não me informaram. Decepcionante.

O grande destaque do hotel está na cordialidade, gentileza e atenção dos colaboradores.
Pros:

Sou cliente deste hotel desde 2004 e, ao longo desses anos, muitos colaboradores mudaram, mas a essência foi preservada. As pessoas continuam me fazendo sentir em casa.
