Très Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La propreté, le confort des lits, la grandeur de la chambre, tres bon le petit dejeuner buffet servis entre 7h et 10h, possibilité de reserver un taxi pour venir vous chercher à l aeroport pour 35 euros (notre vol arrivait à 1h du matin), la gentillesse du personnel qui parle bien anglais, le tram à 1min à pied.

Cons:

Oui, il y a le bruit des trams, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé alors que j'ai le sommeil léger. C'est un bruit léger.

Disappointing bathroom facilities.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the breakfast was very nice and also the breakfast staff were great. We found the beds comfortable and room air conditioning worked well. The hotel is very close to a tram stop, local (affordable) restaurants and a large supermarket so the location is very good. There is a good laundromat only a 10min walk away.

Cons:

The bathroom was very disappointing and the following are not an exaggeration. We hope the management/owners see this: 1) Water temperature in the room is affected by a different sink/shower (service room next door?) so we got scalded when showering in the morning. 2) The shower is mounted at chest height which is very uncomfortable. You need to kneel down or sit to wash your hair. This is archaic and can be fixed by drilling two holes above and fitting a second attachment. 3) There is no shower glass so the water/soap splashes everywhere. The solution provided at reception was to lay 2 towels down next to the tub. 4) The sink does not drain well so it turns into a soup when using it. When trying to change the room staff mentions most of the rooms have no curtains/ glass and all of the showers are mounted chest level. Water pressure is centralized. Two additional things to mention are that there are no power outlets next to the bed and the room is quite dark as there are no overhead ceiling lights. The last two are not a dealbreaker but your bathroom facilities need a serious upgrade and modernisation. We spoke to reception and they couldn't provide a solution but in fairness this is something that needs to be addressed at a higher level management. There is a sign in the bathroom that towels are not changed during stays of under 3 days and if you request a towel change you would incur a 5 euro charge. We wonder how could this be a hotel policy when you have such disappointing bathroom facilities?
