Campanile Manchester

Firstly what an amazing steph is at reception… She sorted my room and my booking and helped me with an issue . Stayed here for a week on business. Close to Sainsbury’s and retail park . The hotel is clean and has a car park . The manager is very friendly and was attentive to my needs . The other receptionist are brilliant cannot do enough for you … highly recommend for friendly place and location . I have booked my next stays simply because how I was treated and location … Thanks guys

Staff, especially Mia are fab. All so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and we paid a great price (less than £100). We had a twin room which was clearly a full time twin, no horrible sofa bed like in PI’s. I’ve not stayed at TL’s much but based on this experience I’m a convert. Location was great for central Manchester. An uber cost us £6 but you can easily walk in. Breakfast was also good, we came down at 9:45am on a Sunday and walked straight on, PI they’d be queuing out the door and tables would have dirty pots. Not here. All in all a great hotel and I’d definitely stay again.

Smallish Travelodge, get a room overlooking the river, much quieter. No lifts so stairs up to the accommodation. Great staff (Thanks). Own car park. On edge of a small retail park so lots of good shops, very quiet rooms, baths with shower over, BIG 60 inch? TV. Comfortable bed, double glazing, black out curtains. Restaurant and late bar, ( for residents 4am bar closes). 24 hour front desk, early check in late check out available. Will stay again.

Terrible staff, especially Chloe, a another person walked into my room and the staff wasn't even apologetic about it. When I spoke to management about this, which was Chloe at the time, she brushed me off, hands in her pocket and didn't even apologise. Rooms were average and not the cleanest although they claimed it's been through a refurb. Hotel is unsafe and staffs don't care. Avoid staying here!!!

Great location, room was lovely and clean. Carmen on reception was extremely helpful and kind. Very easy check in and helpful with room allocation and food and drink availability. Excellent value for money

We were welcomed by Mia and Steph on arrival, both were very helpful and welcoming. We got hair drier on request. Both we helpful and even gave us advice on parking, whilst going on holiday, for future reference.5*

Location is OK. Short walk to deansgate.
Breakfast quality was good but had to wait 30 minutes before all food was replenished. Bringing out 8 bacon at a time, then wait for mushrooms, then wait for eggs!
Room was really hot, despite bringing our own fan. Lots of traffic noise all night if you had the window open.
Won't stay here again, as there are better travelodges in manchester.

My experience at travelodge was phenomenal, the whole team made my experience straight forward, fun and memorable. From first check in with Mia, to breakfast with Steph, and then finally the exceptional hospitality of Tom. I can’t wait for my next trip already. I’ll certainly be back!

I live in the apartments opposite the hotel but tonight I fancied a locals drink and a bite to eat,although I wasn’t a guest I was welcomed kindly by Steph with a nice smile followed by the lovely Mia who couldn’t be more friendly
Rare to see hospitality staff actually enjoying their jobs nowadays but these two are a massive credit to your company

I had a Stella and a Stella shandy
Nice and cold just how it should be

Most likely pass by again soon if all the staff are like this

Honestly such a great experience. Steph and Mia were great! Made me feel so comfortable; super impressed with the cleanliness and affordability!! Will definitely be coming back again!

Fantastic experience from Steph and the team. Had 2 nights with a colleague attending a business conference. From start to finish we were looked after. Great atmosphere at the bar, lovely breakfast and spotless room. Casino over the road and great parking were bonuses. Highly recommend

Do not go here. The staff do not know what an antiseptic wipe is nor can provide one - which is a legal requirement- the staff were rude and if you call them BEWARE YOU WILL GET CHARGED FOR IT. Absolutely ridiculous

Stayed with travelodge up and down the country,and I've never had an experience like it. With the team and their greay personalities it's like coming back home every time. Amazing atmosphere all the time and that's because of the team.
Special shootout to Carmen and new staff Wesley and makeeda.
All ran by the Amazing Steph who couldn't be a better manager. Massive credit to the travelodge company

Fantastic stay at this newly refurbished hotel. Excellent location, great views over the river, easy to walk into city centre. Great to have parking onsite. Fabulous welcome from staff and they couldn’t have been more helpful especially Steph, Mekeeda and Mia
