الاقامة جميلة ومن وجهة نظري يكفيها يومين الى ثلاث ايام فقط

اعجبني المسبح والمنطقه المحيطة ، الشاطئ المقهى حول الشاطئ ، توفر مواقف للسيارت

Very good, but can improve menu options

Cons:

Carpets in passages are dirty. Need more than a vacuum.
Food in buffets is on, but there is never any variety. Exactly the same every day is boring.

الفندق قديم ويوجد به ازعاج كثير اقل باب يغلق في الغرف الزوار يُسمع بصوت عالي ف ازعاج وقت النوم والفندق المبنى صغير والمبنى بنيان قديم يحتاج تطوير

Very enjoyble stay, in a great location with a very nice pool and view to the lake and Suez Canal

Cons:

Very dirty , reception staff very unresponsive, i had to call more than 5 times to get every request to be done within minimum one hour, no guest supplies in the room, even for the minimum bare. the only positive person in hotel was ms. Lamis the front office manager who did a great effort to make our stay better, great thanx for her, but still it was just exception after i was insisting to cancel and refund the other day of my stay. It's a shame for mercure policy to be that poor although they are paid as a 5 stars hotel.

الاطلاله علي بحيرة التمساح والتحسن الملحوظ مقارنة بزيارتي للفندق عام 2011

الأفضل وجود العلامه التي تخبر عاملي النظافه برغبة النزيل في تنظيف الغرفه او عدم الازعاج وايضا وجبة العشاء الأفضل ان تكون اكثر تنوعا
