Сервис , качество, локация просто вау
Pros:

Добрый день! Благодарю персонал очень вежливый , очень понравился сервис особенно горничная Хассам и администратор Суссана. Местоположение просто замечательн ое все рядом , трансфер был бесплатный завтрак включён цена превосходная за такой сервис.

Идеальный выбор для знакомства с Ереваном: центр, уют, вкусный завтрак и надёжный сервис
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение — в центре Еревана, всё рядом: и проспект, и кафе, и достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

Шикарный вид с 10-го этажа на Арарат — каждое утро встречали рассвет с чашкой кофе и этой невероятной панорамой, это того стоило.

Также порадовало ежедневное обновление полотенец — мелочь, а приятно, всегда чувствовали свежесть. Завтраки сытные и разнообразные, с местными армянскими акцентами: вкусные сыры, свежие овощи, салаты и выпечка.
Персонал приветливый и очень вежливый!

Ок, только если вы не ожидаете сервиса 4* отеля.
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение и вид из окна, выходящий на Арарат.

Cons:

В номере все старое, шторы с дырами, занавеска наполовину оторвана от карниза, торшеры и лампы перекошенные, ковер даже не пропылесосили, на тумбочках пыль, раковину, душ и унитаз, видимо, не мыли давно, стульчак унитаза был таким, что страшно пользоваться, в душе были волосы.
Уборщица громко разговаривала по телефону, сидя на кресле у лифта.

Завтрак совсем скудный, нормального кофе нет (только растворимый), никакой выпечки и сладкого, приборы алюминиевые годов 70-х, стаканчики для сока пластиковые, тарелки все со сколами.

При выходе из лифта на этаже можно врезаться головой в балку, которая никак не обозначена.

После чек-аута сидели в холле, ожидая такси, но там даже нет гостевого туалета (туалеты только в номерах).

Камера хранения - это просто за дверью ресепшена угол у лифта, где кто угодно может взять ваши вещи.

В общем, кроме расположения в центре, плюсов у отеля никаких. Это точно не 4*.

Pros:

Ottima posizione e vista dalla stanza sul monte Ararat.

Cons:

Buon hotel con qualche problema
Pros:

Posizione strategica in centro città, camera pulitissima con bagno spazioso. Prezzo molto buono.

Cons:

Wi-Fi assolutamente terribile, quasi assente in camera e poco funzionante nella sala d’ingresso. Colazione sbilanciata sul salato con poca scelta sul dolce.
