We were extremely surprised to love an inn so much! From the smooth check in, to the amenities and breakfast service. The entire staff was so nice and their hospitality is 10/10. The rooms were super clean and spacious with everything one could need. We will definitely return if we make it back to Key West!

Staying at the Almond Tree Inn was by far one of the best experiences I have had while travelling. My husband and I, along with friends, stayed for several days in July. The hospitality was top notch. The staff greeted us by name whenever we walked by, frequently asked how our stay was going and if there was anything they could get/do for us. They were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities, along with insider tips for the best times to go. The breakfast and happy hour were delightful- with different assortments of foods offered each day. There was iced, infused water available throughout the day, which was greatly appreciated on those hot days! The vibe of the entire property was relaxed and luxurious. Everything from our room to the outdoor spaces was extremely clean and attractive. The decor was tropical and welcoming. Housekeeping was incredible- very attentive and also kept our room fridge stocked with cold bottled water. Our room was well appointed, the bed was so comfortable, and it truly seemed like they thought of everything we might want or need. Special thank you to Cary, who was so friendly and always available. We took an afternoon to visit the Orchid Bar at their sister location- Orchid Key Inn which was delightful as well. Our bartender Randy was amazing and so much fun. Almond Tree Inn will be the only place we will stay when visiting Key West going forward. Already excited for our next visit!

This was a great location! There was parking available. The pool was small but nice. Rooms were comfortable with a comfortable space. Staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was nice and happy hour was welcome. Would go back without question. And, construction was going on that didn’t impact our trip.

Our rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and the wonderful breakfast each morning—such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The outdoor pool area was lovely and provided the perfect place to relax and socialize with our friends. It really felt like our own little oasis in Key West.

Our stay at Almond Tree Inn was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the pool was beautiful—a perfect place to relax after exploring Key West. We also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast each morning and the happy hour every evening, which were both great added touches.

One of our favorite things about Almond Tree Inn was its location. It’s just a short walk to Duval Street, so you’re close to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions, but it’s on the quieter end, making it peaceful and relaxing at night.

I highly recommend Almond Tree Inn to anyone visiting Key West. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot give a high enough rating to the Almond Tree Inn. Between the location, the amenities (including the fresh, delicious breakfast, luxuriant bedding and towels), the private, peaceful poolside ambiance, and the BEYOND gracious staff, I will ALWAYS return to the Almond Tree Inn when I vacation in Key West!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made coming back after being outside even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, well maintained, and a great place to relax.

What really made our stay stand out, though, was Danny. He is truly one of the hardest-working and most attentive staff members I’ve ever encountered. He seemed to be everywhere at once, always ready to help with a smile before anyone even had to ask.

He actually reminded me of the butler from *Mr Deeds*—always present when you needed him, handling every role seamlessly, and making sure every guest felt taken care of. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication did not go unnoticed.

If Danny is working during your stay, you’re in great hands. He is a tremendous asset to this hotel, and I hope his hard work gets the recognition it deserves. Thank you, Danny, for making our experience so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice people working there. Checked in and was upgraded to a king size suite. Room was nice . Free breakfast which we didn’t do because we wanted to go out looked very appealing. Also a free happy hour 5-7 was very nice with beer and wine and appetizers . People working there very friendly and generous with the food. Location 1/2 block off Duval on the south side. It was quiet. Bed and pillows super comfy. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the pool water was very warm. It was too warm. Only a couple chairs in the shade . Need to cool down the pool and put up a few more umbrellas. Would stay here again though.

I booked this hotel to surprise my wife. After lots of looking and reading reviews I picked the Almond Tree Inn for the positive reviews and pictures. It was represented as a modernized, small hotel with an older retro feel. It was amazing. The grounds were beautiful and like stepping back in time. You instantly felt relaxed. The staff that we dealt with being Rodolfo, Jack, and Ali were outstanding! The location was perfect to have a quiet and relaxing place to stay but keeping you close to walk to all the fun you want to have.

Almond Tree Inn is the perfect place to stay in Key West! It is only steps away from Duval Street but feels like a tranquil retreat. The rooms are pristine and beautifully decorated. The Inn was a welcome respite after spending the day shopping, at the beach, visiting historical sites, or returning from a trip to the Dry Tortugas: welcoming us back from our excursions with a lovely dip in the pool and afternoon cocktails. We rented the bicycles the entire time. The bicycles were in spectacular shape with lights to get us back safely in the evenings and a basket for all our treasures. The most unforgettable part of our stay was the amazing staff; Callie and Dani were particularly warm, friendly and helpful! Definitely a five-star experience!
