Great location and great value.
Pros:

The property is directly next to Rogier Station. It’s two stations from Grand Place. It was a 15 minute walk and with the nice summer weather we did that daily. It’s one stop from Brussels North or a five minute walk. The property is clean and comfortable. The AC worked well.

No issues.

Pros:

ruime, heel aangename kamer, geen tapijt op de vloern en dat is heerlijk!
Badkamer is top, ruime handdoeken, zeer proper, goed bed, ik heb heerlijk geslapen.
ook het ontbijt vonden we super!!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A lovely, intimate hotel with a warm and welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also rich, fresh, and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay!!!!!
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The breakfast was excellent, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Yelleba, the hotel manager, who made us feel truly welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay.
It’s not every day that you come across such outstanding service and such a dedicated team.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal location, would stay again.
Pros:

Good central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Very nice food, big selection at breakfast.

Cons:

I felt the sink unit in our bathroom was too big, which impacted the toilet. You’re a little squashed when sitting on the loo.
It was also a shame the fridge does not get very cold.
