Still worth staying for the location, room, comfort. Services can be improved.
Pros:

The location is at the exit of Rogier station so it's very convenient. Across the road there are restaurants and shops, which is convenient. The gym is very well equipped.

Cons:

Staff service is a bit lacking - we were given a room with malfunctioning air cond, and rather than pro actively helping, they ask us to wait 1 hour instead. Also, during breakfast, the counter staff was always missing so the guests and us are always stuck waiting to be admitted for breakfast. The WiFi is a bit slow which makes working difficult.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Innenstadt, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Dies ist mein zweites Hotel Indigo, war vorher schonmal in Cleveland im Hotel Indigo und bin auch hier sehr begeistert von Interieur, sehr schönes Styling, zwar hier in Brüssel schon etwas benutzt, aber sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück ist typisch europäisch aber sehr reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und groß genug, schnelles WLAN.
Personal ist sehr freundlich, Check In im Hotel automatisiert aber auf deutsch einstellbar.

Cons:

Kein eigener Parkplatz des Hotels vorhanden aber öffentliches Parkhaus (ca.30€/Tag) mit wirklich schwierig zu findender Einfahrt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Heerlijk werken in Brussel met een prachtverblijf in Hotel Indigo
Pros:

Rustige kamer met alles erop en eraan voor een lekkere stedentrip op een mooie plek vlak bij centrum

Cons:

Geen eigen parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein, maar wel grote parkeergarage onder het plein op 300 meter. Maar hier betaal je de hoofdprijs
