Aussicht in meinem Zimmer, nettes Personal. Wer Ruhe und entspannung sucht ist hier richtig.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut, sodass ich sie nicht benutzen konnte. Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel eine erhebliche Investition, um wieder auf das Niveau von früher zu gelangen, jedoch mit den heutigen Standards. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutz. Außerdem sind die Aufzüge schmutzig.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Eingangsbereich ist schön. Der Blick auf den Kanal ist schön. Der Kinderspielplatz ist nett.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist alt, das Bad natürlich auch. Die Klimaanlage ist verdammt laut. Die Balkontür bringt man nur mit Gewalt auf. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt gegenüber einer Eiswürfelmaschine - unvorstellbar laut bis mitten in die Nacht. Am Pool gibt es keine Duschmöglichkeit - Pool insgesamt auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal spricht so gut wie nie Englisch. Es gibt keine Information bezüglich möglicher Ausflüge. Die Lage des Hotels ist fragwürdig. Es gibt quasi nichts in Gehweite. Mietwagen oder Taxi unbedingt erforderlich. An der Promenade, die vermutlich irgendwann total schön beieinander war, liegt sehr viel Müll herum. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Hotel is in a very quiet location, not far from the ferry terminal area, which has some restaurants and bars . The hotel itself has TGI Friday’s restaurant in the premises. Room was spacious and comfortable.

ADELANTARON MI VUELO Y NO ME AYUDARON CON LA CANCELACIÓN DE MI SERVICIO, MAL SERVCIO DE RECEPCIÓN

NO me agradó nada e absoluto, excepto el personal del catering

Cons:

El personal de recepción, el servicio de lavandería, el ruído de los extremos de las habitaciones, la corriente del agua de la tubería que se escuchaba cada vez que alguien del otra habitación iba a los servicios,
Cuando llegue el personal de recepción me hizo pagar el totalidad de días incluyendo días tentativos, para cuando confirme que estaría un día menos no aceptaron ello cobrando la totalidad de días que no iba a mantenerme en estadía, no se considera una devolución, no me dieron otra respuesta, la supervisora de recepción mal educada, me arranchó mi telefono para buscar información en mi correo de confirmación del servicio.
Lavandería malogró un pantalón nuevo y sin embargo no me dieron solución ante lo ocurrido.
