Estadía cumplidora pero esperaba más del hotel

sehr freundliches Personal, großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Lage direkt am Panamakanal, ruhiger Pool und ruhige Umgebung rund um das Hotel

Cons:

die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, dieses Hotel benötigt dringend ein Austausch des Zimmerinventars

Pros:

El personal es sumamente amable

Cons:

La piscina estaba inhabilitada por la estancia, obvio por posibles daños del temblor habia que estar vigilantes sin embargo no se vio a nadie inspeccionar o intentar rehabilitar la misma solo dejaron que los dias pasarán y se sentía algo de dejadez en ese sentido.

Lo otro, escogimos una habitación y pagamos adicional con las vistas al mar o al canal de Panamá, perooo no existe como tal, solo se ven árboles, desde el piso 1 al 3😵‍💫

Beautiful Hotel in Panama
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel in Panama. I got a room with a nice view of the canal and I could see ships sailing by when sitting on the balcony. The room was really clean. A special thanks to Quality Manager Wendy and receptionist Juliana for making my stay extra special.

El mantenimiento estaba pésimo, la habitación solo tenía una toalla, el agua de la tina se filtraba al baño, el aire acondicionado olía a humedad, el servicio de restaurante no tienen una buena oferta y la nevera del minibar estaba desconectada

Pros:

Un sitio agradable, buenas instalaciones, todo limpio y ordenado. Quiero dar un agradecimiento especial al personal que ese día quienes nos guiaron y explicaron los protocolos antisismicos y las medidas que el hotel estaba tomando en relación al tema. Esa noche Julianna y la gerente fueron bien atentas y profesionales en su comportamiento y eso ayudo a mantener la calma.
