Nos cobraron el Desayuno el dia que llegamos eran las 11 am y que ya no podian dar desyuno
Y al proximo dia nos dijeron Que nos Darian el desayuno para llevar à la hora Que necesitaramos ya Que Madrugabamos para el aeropuerto y la respuesta cuando fuimos pedir el desayuno
Fue Que debiamos de avisar hasta Cierta hora , entonces por Que no explicaron eso ?? Pero para cobrarlo si , en todo caso nos robaron un desayuno pagado

El hotel es una excelente opcion cerca de todo
Pros:

El cuarto siempre limpio y muy lindo el desayuno super completo y variado por dia, que tengan galletas , te y cafe disponible en la tarde es lo maximo, nos gozamos la piscina tambien

Dentro de todo, una experiencia aceptable
Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno y la relación de precio de la suite

Cons:

Algunos detalles descuidados en cuestión limpieza. Me retiraron el minibar porque según me indicó el staff de turno "no sabía como cobrar el cargo". Adicionalmente el baño está un poco descuidado, la tina no disponia de tapón para ser llenada.

Bueno!
Pros:

Es un lugar tranquilo y alejado de la ciudad. Tiene vista al mar, piscina y buen desayuno. Me encanto el personal con el que pude compartir, la atención de Nelson en recepción y el apoyo de Roberto con equipajes y otras dudas. Son muy atentos y amables.
