Pros:

Great value for low season anyway. Quite a massive.time share.development.

Cons:

The check in and check out times suck. 4pm and 10am. Want a late check out at 11am, $35. Noon? $95. Doesnt make a lot of sense to pick a place.like tbat for an overnight stay.

Relaxing weekend stay, highly recommended

Easy to find location, very peaceful and scenic, well maintained property and some amazing facilities provided by Club Wyndham, hot air balloon rides near to the property

Pros:

RCI description vs. Wyndham is a bit skewed. We had some confusion on what we would be getting once we arrived and saw we were in a complete different set there in Pagosa Springs than what we've ever stayed in the past on the RCI Certs.

Great place for a family
Pros:

The resort is an amazing place for families. We stayed at Eagle Lofts and had plenty of room for everyone. The location in Pagosa Springs is perfect for a skiing vacation. The resort has a ton of family activities as well. My only complaint is the outdoor area (miniature golf and snow hill) aren't gated and are used by everyone in town. I don't mind this except the area is not well taken care of. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything else!

Beautiful Resort
Pros:

The resort was beautiful, our 2 bedroom unit suited us great as the second bedroom was a lockout and our son (17) enjoyed having his own space. The appointments were appropriate for the unit and the personal care products in the bathrooms were very nice. We had a great view of the mountains and golf course, we will definitely go back to this resort. Also the staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and attentive.
