Pros:

The entire staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Dee was amazing with me and my wedding guests who all got rooms after our wedding party. The morning staff was also very kind and welcoming. Nick, the director, was super helpful getting us all booked. Cristina was a sweetheart whenever I called, as well as the manager Rachel. 10/10! Great hotel with quality amenities, spacious rooms, lovely pool, and cool outdoor area.

Pros:

Location and hot breakfast.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower kept fluctuating a lot and adjusting the temperature took a while to get to what you want it for. Also, I saw an additional $21 for parking my car there when I have a message saying it was already included in the reservation. The bed was pretty hard.

One of the best places to stay in Burlington
Pros:

Very good facility and highly recommended. Spacious and clean room with full kitchen. Facility is renovated; staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is on top of things.
Excellent location with easy access to the city. Nice neighborhood.

Breakfast is offered but the choices are limited.

Will stay there again
Pros:

Very nice place. Our room has a real kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. All kept very clean. In fact, the whole room and bathroom are extremely clean and my bed has firm mattress as I had requested. The only thing is the breakfast on my first day was not that good but on my second day, it was much better. However, choices are limited but enough for us. Don't look for waffle maker or muffin or danish or cups of yogurt.

Kiralık aracımız olduğu için gezilecek yerlere ulaşım sıkıntısı da yaşamadık otelde otopark imkanı olması da ayrıca güzeldi. Tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir oteldi.

Pros:

The place was very nice and also clean. In and out. The room has a good setting and the staff was nice and tends to your need.

The perfect retreat.
Pros:

We were made to feel very welcome from the first minute to last and the staff created a great atmosphere among the guests.
The rooms were very big and more of an apartment style consisting of separate kitchen/living area and a large bedroom/bathroom separated by double doors. A large closet area was an added bonus.
Everything was immaculately clean and good quality products were provided in the shower area.
Breakfast provided was of good quality and more than enough to set you up for the day.
A free shuttle bus will take you within a 4km radius which is enough for the local mall.
An exeption is made to take guests to a nearby train station which will get you into Boston North station within 15 minutes.
A large well maintained pool with plenty loungers will help you have that lazy day when required.
You will not be disappointed at the Hyatt House and Nick, Tiffany, Christina and the team will take care of all your needs. Not forgetting Sam and his shuttle bus for that trip to the Mall.

Cons:

Recommend that at check in you ask for make model of vehicle we came in. We left the lights on in our car overnight and had to call for a jump. Someone had spotted the lights on but desk didn’t know who it belonged to. 2 hours and $300 later we were on our way

You won't be disappointed.
Pros:

Had a great stay at Hyatt House Burlington, location wise its about 25 minutes outside Boston but a quick shuttle ride (free) to a nearby train station means you are around 15 minutes by train to Boston North station.

The staff created a very friendly atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble

The room was very spacious and was more like a small apartment with kitchen facilities, a sitting lounge and separate bedroom/bathroom .

Considering our visit was during the World Cup we were more than happy with value for money.
Cleanliness was 10/10
The staff were 10/10
Overall loved our stay from first minute to last and can't wait to return in the very near future.

Can’t think of a better place to stay in this area
Pros:

It was a wonderful surprise. It feels brand new. The rooms are huge. The pool is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
