What a great property and staff. Location couldn’t be more convenient for getting to downtown Boston, Hanscom AFB or up to New Hampshire. Would stay at this property anytime I’m in the area.
I don't usually eat breakfast at a hotel, most don't have anything that I like. I found the Baked eggs and fresh fruit a wonderful surprise. The hotel was modern and upbeat. Very pleased with our stay. Would stay here again.

I have a monthly meeting in Waltham. Instead of having to fight the rush hour traffic on the morning of the meeting, I come up the day before and stay at this Hyatt. It is clear, well-maintained and very friendly. The room has everything oyu need to cook dinner and have a great experience.
Great hotel with full kitchen and freshly renovated rooms. Breakfast options are great providing multiple options daily. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides a great home away from home experience. I loved my stay here.

Temperature was inconsistent especially if doors were closed. Parking price was not disclosed online.
We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and would never consider staying anywhere else. The staff and hospitality are absolutely outstanding, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and well-stocked which is great as a family to cook and heat up meals. The location can't be beat as we often visit the stores and mall, and then have quick access to 95. Highly recommend this hotel!
Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from. Location near Lahey hospital and restaurants was excellent.
I stayed at the Hyatt to attend an event. I didn't know what to expect but i was very pleased when i arrived with the establishment. The staff was very warm and attentive. The room was great and well kept.

The fire alarm going off falsely. No one told us it was a false alarm. Went off at 11:40 pm. The toilet got clogged them.

Room was just remodeled we have stayed here 3 years in a row, they seem to have most of the same staff at the front desk, which is nice one of the employees was very friendly and seemed to remember me from out last trip. Breakfast area is always very neat and clean and someone is always refilling items.
Convenient to the highway, spotlessly clean, and with the most friendly evening receptionist you are ever likely to meet! The one obvious weakness is the truly uninspiring provided breakfast!
