The staff was very responsive to requests and the suite was very comfortable.

Vraiment bien. Propre, bien placé, grand parking. Piscine propre et agréable. Canapé lit assez grand et confortable. Lit tres grand.

Overall, it was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was well equipped and fittings are of good quality. We had everything we needed and space/layout of the room was above expectation. The pools were clean and warm, the gym is well equipped. The staff very helpful and friendly. Everything worked as expected. The entire complex is well maintained. At check in, all was well explained.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom is noisy and cannot be switched off if the light is on. It's a little annoying and surprising that parking cost an extra $10/day.

Pros:

It was in a great location. The Hotel was very comfortable and as we stayed as part of a long trip it was great to be able to make use of the complimentary washing machines.

Exceptional property within walking distance to old town!
Pros:

This place has so much going for it. First, the staff were exceptional! They texted us everyday to make sure all was good. The apartment was clean and furnishings were in great shape. The location was a 10 minute walk to old town. This was a big deal because if you drive into old town, you will not find parking. I strongly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our brief stay very much
Pros:

Love the room size and the kitchen, loved having a 12 cup coffee pot.
Also loved the complimentary laundry facility.

Cons:

The light in the shower is not good. Very dark.
The ac /fan runs constantly. Noise all night long.
