Staff didn’t seem too friendly. I left with bites on my feet that I’m hoping was sand fleas from the beach but looked an awful lot like another kind of bug bite. And of course this was the one time I didn’t check the beds…..
Parking garage is horrible and there was blood smeared on the railing near one of the elevators in the parking garage. The whole place made me feel slimy really. We have stayed at others just down the street and they didn’t make me feel that way.

This hotel sounds good on paper but in reality it is terrible. The rooftop pool which sold us on this hotel was tiny and it doesn't face the ocean what a disappointment. They are clearly understaffed at check in there was only 2 people and 1 couldn't get signed in with a lobby full of people waiting. House keeping didn't show up until 1 or 2 in the afternoon and it took 2 hours for us to get a set of towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping also made us take out our own trash when she finally brought us some trash bags. My brother saw a bug in the bathroom. The handle to the bathroom door was hanging on by a thread. We didn't have any linens for the two pull out beds so we went to the front desk and was advised they had given out all the sheets and blankets they had. Wait what?! So he goes and get some random unfolded sheets and a mattress cover to use as a blanket. I couldn't understand why these items were not already in the room. The elevators are slow and slippery and hot and slow. There was a cigarette hole burnt into one of the sofa pillows. The sink in the bathroom drained slow and the water pressure in the shower was a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone There are way too many hotel on the strip with the same setup but better service.

One of the TVs didn't work...told staff supposed to send maintenance but no one came...some days no clean towels or sheets...balcony door was acting like it didn't want to shut or open...elevators horrible...parking horrible

Ceiling was peeling, AC was old, room was dated and dusty. Bathroom was as not the cleanest. Balcony furniture was rusty and cheap. Smelled like weed, which was not their fault but it still made it difficult to enjoy the balcony which was the whole reason for that room.

This place made our family feel like we were in a sketchy situation. When you arrive you are welcomed with a line for check in as i would expect however you could tell that things were going terrible others not being able to check in after waiting hours but then you begin to look around and notice the light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling the place is very outdated. Then you begin to feel the dread kick in as you realize you just waisted money on a place that make you feel unsafe. After check in you try to park in a parking garage that if you are one step off you are going to wreck your vehicle then you get out to check the room and you are met with a very dark dingy hallway. We got to our room and there was a ring camera (odd) but notice the doorknob itself had been replaced and moved around numerous times without making it look better. When you enter the room the only light you will have is a table lamp (the room was So Dark) the kitchen is tight galley. The room had and old wood musty smell to. Furniture was very outdated. The paint was peeling off the baseboards were very scuffed up there was a hole in the floor covered up by some kind of putty/glue the showerhead was rusted so we bought our own the tub was so gross we bought a bathtub mat for the stay and why did we stay? Well we went on a tight budget and couldnt wait for money to go back in our accounts so we made the best out of a situation. The pool was falling apart broken tile the pool handle was held together by the same glue/putty that was in our room hole and it shook if you grabbed onto it. The nonslip grip in the pool and hot tub were so rough you will get scraped. There are rooms we seen that were better but its not worth your money. The beach was the best escape and luckily for us we did other things in the area to keep us out of the hotel. We wont be back! If your going to book your stay best advice is to demand a better room or make the best of it.

Room and bathroom not clean! the whole property had a very bad odor. Staff very unfriendly and not helpful

Parking. They have terrible parking setup. You must be a super expert driver to pull up and bring down car in the parking garage. They need to redesign the parking garage. Otherwise people will loose their car.
