Mostly a 1980 motel.
Pros:

The staff was really nice. Tried to help us. Changed our room.

Cons:

The hotel is more of a motel. No bathrooms at pool level. Only 2 portable toilets that were disgusting most of the time. Our first room was filthy. Our second room had water damage and leaking toilet. I will not be coming back. Giving a 5 only because staff was friendly.

Glad it’s over
Pros:

Room stunk like pot from the adjoining room. Elevators would go past the floor and took along time. The floor had water all over. I complained about the smell and they said nothing we can do. It says right on walls and stuff no smoking. I don’t care if people smoke pot but have respect for other people.

Cons:

Elevators were terrible. No ice machines worked. Staff didn’t seam to care. Very very tight parking.

Cons:

Que no era la avitacion que yo avía elegido. No se porque razón. La primera vez que me ocurre esto. De ahí todo bien

We would stay again!
Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness of the room. It was spacious and had nice amenities.

Cons:

Our TV in the bedroom wasn't working upon check in and after about 4 hours total they still hadn't came to fix it until we were already in bed.

Pros:

The location and they didn't allow pets!!

Cons:

The wait time of the elevators and the ventilation in them!! What else could I say?? I enjoyed my stay and I will be going back soon!!

Would not stay at this hotel again! But would definitely be coming back to Myrtle Beach!

The location was great! View was great!

Cons:

First thing, house keeping never came had to keep going down stairs to front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper, then the bed broke took maintenance over 8 hours to come to fix it, then the bed breakfast was not good keep serving the same thing over and over. The pools hot tub smelled bad the pool was ok but had some damage areas. The belcony railing was loose the the carpet out side was worn out bad. Then also at check in there was additional fees that I was not told about when o booked o get a email from hotel said that I owed nothing then when I got there was hit with a bill not good. Parking was as bad and the garage was so tight, cars were almost on top of one another.
