Después de mi horario de check out decidí bajar a la alberca ( pedí permiso para bajar y consumir en el área de snack), rato después se me acercaron los de seguridad y me pidieron que me retirará sin importar que aún no terminaba mi consumo, intenté hablar con recepción y creo un directivo y pésimo el trato. Buen hotel pero con esos detalles que hacen que la experiencia se vaya al suelo

Que le falta mantenimiento al área de la alberca ya que había varias mesitas son la palapa y poner más orden en cuanto a la gente que los visita, ya que no hacen respetar las reglas

Las habitaciones tienen una excelente vista al mar, nos dieron entrada anticipada a las habitaciones y desde nuestra llegada pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones, las albercas son amplias y aptas para todas las edades, el clima funciona a la perfección.

Cons:

Una de mis habitaciones no tenía tv por cable, solo servía una parrilla, los baños tenían un fuerte olor a drenaje, no tienen caja de seguridad (solo en recepción), la playa del hotel tiene oleaje fuerte.
