Pros:

Wir haben ausschließlich freundliche, engagierte und zuvorkommende Beschäftigte erlebt. Ein sehr positives Erlebnis!

Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und das Kingsize-Bett ist bequem. Selbst das Schlafsofa bietet eine gute Übernachtungsqualität. Die kleine Küche ist hilfreich, nur der Kühlschrank war für mich etwas zu laut, aber dafür gibt es Öhrstöpsel. Die Lounge im obersten Stockwerk ist ein Gewinn.

Der in anderen Bewertungen genannte Baulärm war zumindest am Montag zu hören (Abreisetag).

Cons:

Leider - das wussten wir vorab - hat sich die Gegend um den Union Square zu ihrem Nachteil entwickelt.

Pros:

The room was large and very clean. Modern and new. LOVED that it had a small kitchen - microwave, fridge and dishwasher with plates and utensils. Bathroom was very nice but small. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Noisy. You could hear every noise from outside - I doubt the windows were double paned as the construction and street noise felt like it was right outside the window!

SF has changed. I chose Union Square because it was or used to be central but it was very rundown, dirty and not what it used to be. Felt the same way about SF in general. Felt no need to ever go back! Like a lot of things in the US now - overpriced food, parking, amenities, attractions. Just didn't have that special 'thing' that SF used to have.

Perfect for a work trip
Pros:

The Staff and the Location are prime, also the rooms are pretty big and spacious

Foarte frumos!
Pros:

Camera foarte mare, cu tot ce ai nevoie, chicineta bine echipata, foarte curat!👍

Cons:

Personalul arata ca vrea sa te ajute dar cred ca era mai mult de fatada😁, a tot pornit alarma de incendiu si nu era un lucru placut, per total merita dar pretul este destul de piperat!😁

Fijn hotel, wel erg rumoerig
Pros:

Fijne, riante kamer op de 14e verdieping met uitstekend bed, fijne douche. Dit is duidelijk een hotel in de betere klasse, met extra aandacht voor de gasten. Bijvoorbeeld de weardown service iedere avond. Niet nodig, wel leuk! De ligging van dit hotel op slechts een blok van Union Square is super!

Cons:

Gratis internet is met 2 Mbps of minder niet meer van deze tijd... En je hoort het lawaai van de straat echt enorm goed. Oordopjes zijn een absolute must, tenzij je heel erg goed met lawaai kunt slapen. Drankjes in de bar zijn erg duur.

Sehr angenehmes, modernes Hotel mit Comfort für Städtetrip ebenso wie für Businessreisen.
Pros:

Sehr praktisches, angenehmes Hotel mit exzellentem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Großes Zimmer. Gehobene Ausstattung in behaglicher Farbabstimmung. Sämtliche Einrichtung war tadellos in Ordnung. Großer Fernseher. Am Bett und am Schreibtisch mehrere praktische USB-Ladebuchsen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze und großer Auswahl an Kissen. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die leise lief und problemlos justierbar war. Alles war sehr sauber und einladend. Sehr gute Ausleuchtung, die praktisch zum Lesen ausgereicht hat und gleichzeitig auch eine behagliche Raumatmosphäre zuließ. Praktische Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine. Basis-Austattung an Geschirr. Praktischer Tisch, der zum Essen oder als Büroarbeitsplatz genutzt werden konnte. Gute WLAN-Konnektivität. Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr sauber und in top Zusatand. Das Zimmer war zu einem Innenhof gelegen und absolut ruhig. Es gibt eine Lounge im 15. Stock mit Freiterrasse. Alles ist sehr einladend und gleichsam behaglich als auch modern und sauber.
Die Eingangshalle ist klein und ohne Restauration, aber zweckmäßig und das Personal ist aufmerksam. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein Restaurant.
Die Lage ist sicher und Restaurants, Einkaufsläden, Cable-Car, Museen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ideal zu erreichen. Union Square ist nur eine Straße entfernt. Man kann vom Flughafen den öffentlichen BART-Zug nutzen mit Halt an der Powell-Str., die nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt.

Cons:

Keine negativen Aspekte. Es war alles wirklich sehr angenehm.

Would book again.
Pros:

Room 1408. Beautiful room; immaculately clean. Shower water pressure was awesome. Coffee and tea available in roof top Club Room. Front desk staff were wonderful; maintenance staff were pleasantly friendly when passing in the elevator. Live music in the evening.

Cons:

No breakfast option.
