Perfect price and very comfortable room and location in Union Square close to restaurants and museums and shopping. park
Pros:

Location as well as amenities in the room with refrigerator microwave coffee maker, small dishwasher as well as cups, dishes dishes, etc. Coffee and tea upstairs with lovely rooftop terrace, but would’ve been nice to have light morning breakfast there as well.

Cons:

Even though they had a restaurant for dinner, it was not available for a very light breakfast in the morning. Whole fruit , individual boxed cereal and chilled individual yogurt would be simple and appealing in the lovely terrace room.

ジャグジーとサウナが気持ちいい。部屋が広い。皿やフォークなど必要なものが揃っている。ソファーベッドが広くて寝やすい。ラウンジのホットチョコレートが子供に人気だった。

Cons:

特になし。あえて言うなら暖房があったのか不明。そんなに気になりはしなかった。

Cons:

The coffee maker did not work. The request for another one did not happen, so went out to buy coffee.
The sofa bed was not comfortable, could feel springs because not enough mattress padding.

Amazing stay! highly recommend!
Pros:

The location was amazing so close to union square and where the major tours picked up. Many rent a car agencies as well. The hotel room was huge!

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was great! Very helpful. It is within walking distance to the cable car and had many restraunts nearby to eat. I also loved that they did valet parking. We will definitely be back!!

A spacious room
Pros:

We had a spacious and clean room with a king bed. The bathroom was spacious too. The key positive aspect of our room was a small and separate dressing area near the door, which also came with a shoe cabinet with a seat for putting on shoes (this was pretty useful for extra storage and an unusual find in a hotel room). The reception staff were friendly. The room was serviced every two days during our four-night stay, which was nice. There is a kitchenette with a sink, a microwave and a small dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, but no stovetop, kettle or knives. It was nice to have hot coffee and tea all day on the top floor. There were a number of lamps in the room but they needed to be turned on by hand individually. It has an excellent location (within a block of Union Square and Powell Street and within walking distance to Chinatown). There are plenty of eating options within easy walking distance and it is quite a convenient walk from the BART station on Powell Street, which is on a direct route from San Francisco International Airport. It was a little noisy from the street but this did not bother us too much.

Pros:

Grande chambre très lumineuse avec une grande baie, la literie est excellente, tout est très propre, agréable d'avoir un coin cuisine avec frigo et lave vaisselle, je serais tenter d'y ajouter une plaque de cuisson!

Cons:

lors de ma réservation sur booking, il était mentionné qu' il y avait un parking pour la voiture mais pas que cela engendrerait un cout supplémentaire au prix de la chambre.

Great stay downtown SF
Pros:

Fantastic staff and location, we brought our son and they put us in a room in the back where it was quieter.

Cons:

Entrance is a bit confusing with the garage location since it’s on a side street and the directions don’t take you there.
