All guests checking in between the hours of 22:00 to 8:00. in the morning. Please use the Aston courtesy phone located on the outside wall of the lobby. The courtesy phone will connect you with a guest services agent who will assist you with checking in.
Temporary Road Closure: Due to storms earlier this year, South Kihei Road is closed north of Aston at the Maui Banyan.
Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned upon departure only. Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.

This is an excellent location right on the water. The pool was very nice, and the surrounding grounds are kept up neatly. It was appreciated that the condo owners and the association checked in on us after the earthquake. The area is just far enough away from the main shopping area to feel quieter, but not too far, so the drive there was short. Everyone was pretty respectful at night. My only thing was that there was no AC in the unit. It was pretty rough at times with the heat and lack of crosswinds. Although the team quickly got us more fans for the room, AC is a much-needed upgrade. We were there for two weeks. Overall, it was a very nice place to be.

Great stay for one night in Kihei before we relocated elsewhere on Maui. Perfect location literally across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. Condo experience beats resort hotel room when it comes to cost and room size/amenities (we have a full kitchen, washer, and dryer, whereas a resort hotel room would just have a bed and bathroom and maybe a small desk if you're lucky). Would recommend for a longer stay in Kihei area!
The hotel room was horrible. It was covered in ants and multiple bugs flu on me while I was sleeping. Our fridge was leaking. There was a bunch of construction above us, and the whole room was shaking. And our toilet got clogged and nobody came to help us or fix it.
Definitely felt like home away from home.
Parking situation could’ve been better. Property staff did accommodate with situation and everything worked out.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, relaxing bed to great spacious room cooking meals to save money and a great balcony to eat breakfast and dinner looking into the wonderful trees and flowers. Great stay will come back and stay here

Know before you go:
This condo is apparently also used by permanent residents, which means you might wake up at 8:00 am to loud banging on your wall because one of the residents is doing renovations.
And when you call the front desk to complain, they’ll tell you that “most people don’t know this,” but the property is also used by permanent residents- so there’s basically nothing they can do about it. (They certainly didn’t mention that when I booked the room)
The banging woke us up early in the morning and continued until we simply couldn’t tolerate it anymore, so we left. Around two and a half hours non stop!!
We ended up booking another night somewhere else just to salvage the experience.
I’m very disappointed.
Our stay at Ashton at the Maui Banyan was a beautiful experience. The staff was amazing. The room was beautiful super clean and the outside was just as nice and clean, I highly recommend this place

Had a fantastic time at this condo. The location couldn't be better, and the facility itself is just lovely—very clean and well-kept. Everything was just right for a relaxing getaway!

צוות הקבלה היה אדיב וחייכן.
טיילנו כל היום ורק ישנו במלון כך שהסתדר לנו טוב.
זה לא מלון שנעים להשאר בו במהלך היום כדי להתפנק ולנוח.
היה ריח קל של שתן ליד המיטה והיו המון חרקים מחוץ למבנה שהקיפו את כל מי שנכנס ויצא מהדלת של הבניין. כשחזרנו לחדר אחרי יום טיול הוא היה מוצף בחרקים קטנים בכל מקום, הם לא הפריעו יותר מידי חוץ מזה שפשוט היה הזוי שבכל מקום היו ברחשים.

Alle Wohnungen in Privatbesitz die vor Ort verwaltet werden. Kein Hotel! Dreimal umgezogen und konnten dem Lärm von Renovierungen nicht entkommen. Undurchsichtig von wem man gemietet hat, booking.com keine Hilfe !
Beautiful location, spacious room, good value
Poorly equipped for the storm, no one working during an emergency. Some issues with insects in the room.
Good experience. Unit was for the most part updated. It is located perfectly in Maui to get to all excursions, we seemed to be driving in the right direction while other side of road was backed up. Good value
