It was pleasant, we would stay there again
Pros:

It’s very well kept resort, outside area looked beautiful, it’s very safe area, close to stores and restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk to the beach.

Cons:

Our unit looked outdated, it was tidy, but it really needs some updates

Schöne Hotelanlage
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage. Leider kein richtiger Strand direkt davor aber nur wenige Meter nach links befindet sich ein sehr schöner Sandstrand. Trotzdem liebten wir es morgens schon auf unserer Terrasse direkt am Meer zu sitzen. Schöne Pools- leider keine Sonnenschirme und man ist der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt. Dadurch das wir immer erst unterwegs waren störte es uns dann nicht mehr. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt.
Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft.
Foodtracks nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt!

Pros:

We had a good vacation here. They have pools, jacuzzi, tennis, golf and some activities during the days - we attended the mai thai party where they give you mai thai cocktails and also attended to the lei making class. They provide free water near the reception. We have the rooms with the view at the ocean, situated at 3rd floor and the view was amazing. The accomodation is pretty big. You can also find coffee and coffee creamer in the room.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights and we had only 2 small bags of coffee for 2 mornings. We asked 3 times (2 times and thr reception and 1 time call) to receive for the morning that we didn’t receive in the first place

Our room only had a wall bed, which is definitely not worth the money spent for a comfortable and promising stay. In our room we had cockroaches, which was unpleasant.

Bellissimo resort con parcheggio gratuito
Pros:

Bellissimo resort davanti all'oceano, anche se non c'era possibilità di accedervi.
Abbiamo preso la suite con vista giardino, quindi c'era un piccolo giardino avanti casa con un terrazzino attrezzato con tavoli e sedie dove era possibile fare colazione all'aperto, pranzo o cena. L'appartamento era attrezzato di tutto l'occorrente di cui si possa avere necessità in casa (stoviglie, lavastoviglie, detersivo per stoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, detersivo per lavatrice, aspirapolvere, forno, forno a microonde ecc...). Ci sono stati dati in dotazione anche 3 teli a testa per il mare oltre che asciugamani per la doccia e viso.
Altra cosa che ho apprezzato molto, anche se non abbiamo avuto modo di usufruirne, sono i barbecue in piscina dove vi è la possibilità di utilizzarli per una grigliata.
L'unica cosa che avrei preferito un po' diversa è la posizione dell'appartamento in quanto ci è stata assegnata la prima suite e quindi vicinissima al parcheggio e lontana dalla piscina ed il mare. Ma per il resto tutto è stato perfetto.

Cons:

La posizione della suite che ci è stata assegnata in quanto troppo vicina al parcheggio e quindi c'era poca privacy quando si stava fuori al terrazzino.

Estudio enorme, mucho encanto, bien situado, cocina completa.
Pros:

Estudio bastante grande y completo con cocina igual que en casa (hasta lavadora y secadora). Sofa, tv, cama grande, baño grande. Estudio que da directamente a un jardin y la playa, tal cual. Urbanización con piscina, zona de barbacoas, tiene un supermercado enorme en frente de la carretera, persona amable.

Cons:

Estuvimos un día entero sin luz por el paso cercano del huracán Lala, el hotel no contaba con grupos electrógenos mínimos.

Vacation in paradise
Pros:

I loved how the property is literally connected to the ocean with beach access. I love how there’s two pools on this property. Along with two hot tubs and multiple barbecues.
I love all the lawn chairs right on the edge of the oceans for star and ocean gazing. The put golf. I mean the list just goes on of everything I loved.
I will be back next year but instead of 1 week it will be fore 2 weeks this time.
Thank you Papakea and thank you to the wonderful staff for suiting all of our needs and making our stay absolutely an amazing experience.

In the end I loved the place. There were minor other things and the company did call me.
Pros:

We were on the second floor, had a beautiful ocean view and of the grounds. THe room was clean a bit outdated but nice, The pool and hot tub were great. I also loved the grills to cook on. The location is a great location near alot of shopping and beaches.

Cons:

First day we got there we walked into the room and walked out our balcony. Great view but then couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioner. We looked for a remote there was none. So I went to the office to tell them our air didn't work. They informed us that our room was owned by a different company off site and we would have to call them. I tried even though it said they were there till 5 no one answered. So back to the office and they called someone from that company to come to our room. They showed up and walked to a timer on the wall and made sure our sliding glass doors were aligned with these magnets on the top of the doors. It worked!! I will tell you if they weren't perfect it wouldn't go on. So you have a timer for 6 hrs and magnets to turn on your air conditioner!! I hated this the most!!!! I would wake at 2 am and have to go to the timer and turn it on. Plus you couldn't adjust it. It was super cold, so there were times we would open the doors to make it warmer!! A note telling us how to run the air conditioner would of been helpful. There are these tall bushes right in front of our room. I had to sit on a cushion to be able to see everything. There were a couple minor things but I really loved the place. It was beautiful!! I would recomend this place especially since Maui is so expensive.
