Iv booked plenty of hotels before and this is the first time having not so good of an experience.First time I had to pay a first night stay 24hrs before check in , I was told it for authorization. While I was trying to gain understanding and making sure to transfer the necessary funds so the card can be charged. The employee at the time was very rude and talked to me as if I had no money . Stating ( you don’t have a valid card? You don’t have any money at all for your stay? So you don’t have money ?You card doesn’t work there’s no money.You never stayed at a hotel before ?) Charging my card as I’m asking questions , cutting me off asking those questions above . And I was extremely respectful to her. However I got there and there was an issue with the system giving me “authorization “ and the. Not giving me “authorization” going back and forth with the system . Clearly a system problem , I had already paid 140 for my first night and then I had to pay 233 my second day because they said ten payment was reversed but my bank said no it was still being held by the hotel . So in total I paid the hotel 373 dollars for my 2 night stay . You have Reddit reviews regarding this issue , which doesn’t suprise me . The manager was nice to me and the gentlemen that was there for my check in was nice . The hotel room was nice as well . But the system , process, and certain people made my stay /birthday not so great . This hotel was going to be the place I stay twice a month during my stays in Naples . But I don’t know anymore..we will see if that charge gets sent back to me .. but no that wasn’t good

I really enjoyed staying at Hawthorne extend staying. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean. The receptionist Mark was awesome! He made us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying thete.

The staff were exceptional, friendly and highly attentive.

The stuff was very kind . They make sure we have a crib for the baby . They wrote us a letter for our anniversary and put us in a room with a pool view. The parking is free. The room was very big with kitchen.

I came down for a quick trip to Florida to attend a family event, and this hotel was perfect. It was in the middle of everything that we needed. The staff was extremely accommodating and the amenities were everything plus on that you could ask for! I stayed a little bit longer than the rest of my family, and it felt very comfortable and safe with everything that you would need for a quick vacation!

They were very nice all was good

El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, algo de lo que no hay que preocuparse. La habitacion esta bastante bien equipada. La piscina estuvo bien, con muy buena temperatura. En general mucha tranquilidad, algo muy bueno cuando uno se hospeda y quiere descansar.
