Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. It was laid out nicely. The breakfast was good and fresh. The bathroom shower was beautiful. In general our stay was very pleasant.

Clean spacious room with a king bed. Fresh, clean bathroom for the one night!
Pros:

I needed to be in that area.
Easy to locate and fresh and clean.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Older property but has a lot of charm.

The courtyard is nice but the rooms just need lots of tlc and maintenance. I have stayed here 2 times over past few mont
Pros:

Location, close to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park.

Plenty of restaurants close by.

Cons:

Facility needs work. Paint peeling of mirrors and walls in bathroom. Bathroom door frame damaged. Hair (not mine) in clumps on tile floor. Poor lighting in room.

Only thing I did not like was lack of tv channels. Dish guide showed many channels but only got a handful, and those were awefull

Pros:

I had issues with booking.com that the manager of the hotel had to fix on his own. Due to this reason, I'm impressed with the hotel.

Cons:

Booking com stated they approved a change through the hotel yet did not in fact reach out to hotel at all, leaving them to make up for the mistake. This is very disappointing
