Excellent location for a family stay!
Pros:

This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back! Excellent location across the road from the beach, and being able to store rental surfboards with the concierge was very helpful. The room was perfect for a family group of all ages. So relaxing, sitting on the balcony, watching the turtles on the reef and then going swimming with them (no need to pay for a snorkeling tour!). Pop practically next door to stock up on essentials at the ABC store, or Kai Coffee (an essential morning ritual). Loved being able to use the bbq area by the pool for a different family dinner, and the gym was well presented.

Nice view and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed on the 23 floor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was outdated. One leg on bed was broken. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Privacy door would not work. Drapes looked to be dry rotted with holes and tears in them. Not enough outlets for phones to charge. TV was very small and could not see well when on the couch. Kitchen was nice and clean, but rest of room seemed like a motel 6. Very disappointed in condition of bedroom for the price. View was great of the beach though

Hotel Worth Staying At!!!
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and professional. The rooms were extremely clean. The hotel gave a homely feel, home away from home. Overall great environment. Highly recommend to all travelers.

Experience depends upon location in resort tower.
Pros:

Some rooms have been completely remodeled and are absolutely amazing. Other parts of the suites can use some updating. One elevator was out during our 4 night stay creating some wait times during peak usage.
Hint- if you want ocean views, get above the 7th floor. It will hopefully also be a bit quieter as the noise from the street and pool area was a bit much early in the morning and late at night.

Great for family that needs some space for everyone
Pros:

This hotel is excellent for those wanting space during their stay in Waikiki. We were impressed with the size of the unit. The beds and pillows were not great for comfort and the property is showing some significant signs of aging, but it was clean and very convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and efficient.

Excellent location to the beach and places to eat. Very clean and comfortable suites. The staff was amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face and always greeted us. Very accommodating!!! A+++!!!
