Pros:

Location vs price is exceptional. Size of room was good. Having a kitchenette was great.

Cons:

Overall condition of the room was very mediocre. Tub and tile were reglazed at some point and are now pealing. Bathroom very small. Cabinets in kitchenette dirty, water swollen and peeling.

Pros:

Nice location as walking distance to Waikīkī beach;-) Front desk staffs are all nice. There was washing machine in the hotel.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned when I checked in. 2nd day there was issue with the shower, no hot water, no announcement.

Cons:

Room was pretty dated, partial ocean view was laughable, and there was a homeless man loitering by the elevators. At check-out, the employee was mad I did not return beach towels when I had never checked them out. Parking was also very limited and tight. I wanted this as a budget option and wish I had coughed up the extra money for a nicer place.

好立地なのに、ワイキキにしてはリーズナブル
コンドタイプなので、キッチンも付いていて便利だった
ランドリーもあります

Cons:

強いていうなら、古い建物なのでエレベーターが少なく遅い
部屋からの眺望も良いです

・どこに行くにもアクセスが良い
・清掃も行き届き清潔
・オーシャンフロントの部屋からは正面に海が見え、サイドからは夜景がきれいだった
・ホテルスタッフが親切だった
・キッチンがあって部屋でいろいろ食べれて便利だった

Cons:

カーテンが古かったが、ほぼ開けっ放しだったので問題なかった

Pros:

The location is great. Facilities aren't bad, just need a little updating. We loved the huge lanai and the common area. We were able to use the common area and showers while we waited for our late night flight.

Cons:

We had to buy drano for the shower.

1am someone tried to open our door - We called the reception, they apologized and explained they double assigned the room. it was so terrifying as we were two girls and we felt unsafe staying in this hotel.

Was a pleasant stay overall. Near to all good spots. Will consider staying again
Pros:

The property was conveniently close to the beach and the international mall. All within walking distance. The onigiri shop is right next to this hotel. Very convenient for food on the go.

Cons:

The only thing that I was unhappy with was the Internet connection. It was virtually non-existent or flaky through out our stay. The cell reception wasnt great either making it hard to browse Internet.

Outstanding location and value for money
Pros:

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to the bus line and it’s just a block from the beach. The staff was helpful and quick to respond to any issues. We had an issue with the air conditioner on our first day, and they replaced it immediately the next day. The hotel provides complimentary beach towels.

Cons:

The only downside were that sofa bed was old and mattress was uncomfortable, and the parking fee of $45 per day felt excessive.
