Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Welcoming front desk staff, property facilitated an convenient early check in for me that I really appreciated.

Cons:

Standard In-room coffee/tea & a luggage rack would have been a welcome addition but neither was a show stopper - the room had a super kitchenette see photo and coffeemakers were avail from front desk & I was able to use the ironing board for a luggage rack because the hanging closet area was spacious & room had a full sized ironjng board - the platform that could/should serve as a luggage platform had an in-room safe mounted on it - a bit odd but I guess convenient for people who need a safe more than a luggage rack 🔓

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly service, a spacious room, and a great location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was huge, with a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

An additional advantage was the selection of snacks, ice cream, ready meals that could be heated in the microwave, as well as coffee, tea, and lemonade available near the reception. The hotel is also located close to Washington’s main attractions.

Cons:

The only downside was the expensive hotel parking, which cost $55 per night, while a nearby parking lot charged only $25.

Pros:

Room was very clean

Cons:

Staff was unhelpful about parking outside of valet services. Lobby area has no AC and is really hot, there is also 1 elevator so waiting for your room can take awhile. The walls in the hotel itself are very thin and can hear every noise outside the room. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. The AC does not cool very well and there is no ventilation from steam so I wonder about mold.

Pros:

Большие номера, удобная постель, есть мини кухня. Хорошая локация, но до основных достопримечательность идти минут 35-40.

Cons:

В отеле давно не проводилась реновация. В 204 номере в момент нашего проживания был неприятный запах от ковра. .

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé à 300 m d’une station de métro.
Grande chambre, avec un coin cuisine ( prévue pour 4 en couverts mais toutes petites casseroles pour 2 max).

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillissante ( carrelage abîmé, porte cassée dans le bas )

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was awesome! Walking distance to the metro station and that will take you anywhere you want to go in D.C. also the kitchen was great and saved us a ton of money in relation to our food budget. Very safe area with a solid coffee shop right around the corner.

Cons:

Beds could be a bit softer. After 4 days the hips were a little sore.

Pros:

My family and I enjoyed.
Pros:

Staffs are accomodating and friendly.
They clean it daily for our 4days stay,without asking.

Cons:

We booked it in a 3rd party, it says breakfast included but when we check in, front desk said we dont have it because they dont offer, it's just confusing...but the good thing we have the kitchen where you can cook.
