Villas are fantastic. Well furnished and clean.
The room was comfortable and there was plenty to do.
When I first checked in there was a cockroach crawling on my floor
I like that they had elevators. I also likes that the porch was screened in.
I was at smoking hut around 9pm and sprinkler came on and soaked the whole spot as well as me.
We thought we ordered one room but ended up they didn't have any of those rooms avaliable, so false advertising and did not want to do anything to correct it or apologize for it.
The beds were lumps you could tell one side was used more than other.
The vent in the small bathroom was dripping water on kids even thouse there was no condensation.
Door in master room was broken and would not lock.
Handicap shower would not stay up to shower.
The balcony bar storage area was bent so if you went out side you could sometimes get locked out.
The portch door was so hard to open could not be opened from outside on the portch.
Did not like that we had to pay for parking. We also had family that was going to come over abd hang out have and make breakfast but they only allow a 15 guest parking. So we had to eat out for than we wanted and planned to.
The location was great
The price for parking was not upfront it was in the fine details, why charge for parking when it should be involved
I really wish I could remember her name but the security guard that worked the night of August 31st through to September 1st was amazing and so helpful. The front desk was closed and she helped us when we were too tired to follow instructions after driving for so many hours. Truly the sweetest person!

$20 a day parking!
15 mins from colonial Williamsburg, the amenities such as the pools, hot tubs, and gym were nice. Additionally the room was air conditioned well and felt spacious, clean.
I wish there was a map advertised in the listing because I had no idea we would be a 5 minute walk from all of the amenities. This is a small walk, sure, but I was anticipating being in the same space as the front desk and amenities. Additionally, the $20 per day parking fee is hidden in the fine print and not clearly listed which feels deceptive. Finally, the bistro food was just okay, felt like frozen fast food and they were out of simply thinks such as starry soda and Pepsi.
We cooked our own and it was lovely.
No complaints. Everything was great.

Noise was an issue for us personally. We had a baby who woke screaming daily.

Pools and facilities were above average
Did not expect a 20 dollar per day parking pass. Seem to cater to Marriott group members.
The room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, chairs and couch. The dinning table was the perfect size and the kitchen had almost everything you may need. The shower was spacious and the tub was huge! We did not use the amenities during our short trip, but the pool is lovey and they have a staff member there to hype up the party!
The tub is in the bedroom with no vent, so the room got humid and gross after using it. Also the rooms have no humidifier so it felt sticky and hot the whole time. You can’t control the air either so the room was uncomfortable until the air would kick on. It was 90 degrees out and humid so the room didn’t feel that great. The hallway was cooler than the rooms. Also paying $20 to park and hopefully find parking near your room was a bit overpriced.
