Extremely overrated
Pros:

Honestly, hilton really is horrible.most importantly they are overrated.You're not gonna want to stay there. Especially if you're a minority or person of color they treat you so bad. I honestly think they're racist. Don't also be disabled, they do not care.They will still put you on the fifth floor. I'm literally an obese woman that suffers with a disability I stay there, I feel disrespected when request a new room. They will put me on the 5th floor in the back like it's horrible away from things and I have to walk. The toliet are 2 ft tall they fell like you squatting on the floor. Outdated appliances and furniture. Outdated hot tubs. Unfortunately, got a vacation package with hilton.And it gets horrible each time I book a room. I would not ever recommend the hotel to anyone because they seem like they're fancy.But they're really not.

Lackluster will not stay again.
Pros:

The Roome was very clean.

Cons:

Requested a room not on ground floor before my visit. Got Ground floor room. Not the room I booked. Put me in an Handicap room with a mini fridge. I booked a place with pools to relax. Main Pool Closed but I still paid same resort fee no mention while booking or at check in. Bed was a soft and mushy. Lackluster property will not stay again. Kept trying to sell me time share. Even thou I said I zero interest! Very rude!

Had a nice stay at this resort. Great for families.
Pros:

The room was very nice. Very clean. Bathrooms are amazing. The grounds were beautiful. Two great pools. We didn't join in on any activities, but they were available if you wanted to. Great place for a family.

Cons:

The hallways between the rooms were somewhat noisy. Of course we were on the ground floor. Could also hear the neighbors. Wifi was sketchy.

Com certeza ficarei novamente no hotel quando voltar no próximo ano.
Pros:

O espaço dividido em 3 partes foi muito bom. Havia a sala com a copa, o quarto e o banheiro que tinha um tamanho ótimo. Ter a cozinha na copa foi muito bom, pois nos deu autonomia para fazer o café da manhã e pequenas refeições. O fato de termos ficado no andar e a lavanderia estar localizado a poucos passos, ficou mais pratico ainda para a questão das roupas sujas.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto poderia ser pelo menos dia sim, dia não. Senti falta de um café da manhã incluso no serviço do hotel. Tinha que ser comprado.

Awesome stay. Location was good for what we needed and the facility was very nice.

We enjoyed how there were pools hot tubs bocce ball and a little store.
