Lots of good, a couple things eh.
Pros:

The pool was warm and clean. The Polynesian Review was great. The options were plentiful. Would love if there was a lazy river.

Cons:

The coat of parking and the beds were very uncomfortable

Good Resort & Spacious Villas, But Hospitality Needs Improvement
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable villas

Good resort atmosphere and overall well-maintained property

Convenient location for Orlando attractions

Family-friendly environment and decent facilities overall

Cons:

Housekeeping and hospitality were disappointing

No complimentary water bottles even on the first day, or till 9th day , zero which was unexpected for a resort of this standard

Guest service responsiveness can be improved• Activities like cycling should ideally be included instead of charging extra fees

Overall, it is a good resort with potential for a much better guest experience if service and hospitality improve.

Racist, Retaliatory and Rude
Pros:

I have been an owner of the Marriott for quite sometime nearly paying these idiots a mortgage almost in excess of approximately $9300 a year and $2500 annually for maintenance.
I was there this past April 20th and got into a little confrontation with the bartender about a pizza I had ordered which was too sweet. I was the only African American in there and had a card on file with the front desk and was literally chased out by security who minutes earlier showed me where I could smoke.
The security approached me with this black pad and receipt and said the fat bartender did not think I was going to pay.
I'm like I a damn owner and you letting these Caucasians run tabs.
I approached the front desk and talked to a manager and told him how racist I felt that fat bartender was and that she surely was catering to them Caucasians.
I left the bar after the incident and called the front desk to speak to Cindy Murphy the front desk manager. This witch got on the defensive with me early in the conversation. The conversation between Cindy and I had deescalated and I asked this woman about what time breakfast starts. I came downstairs and Cindy and I shook hands and I went to breakfast and returned to my room. I called my partner co-buyer and he told me basically screw the Marriott we can get out this contract with these fools. I called owner services after having breakfast and told them about my experience, and they said that they will call the Hotel directly and see how the complaint could be resolved. 30 minutes later I heard someone banging at my door and opened it and I was her ass Cindy, 5 orange county deputies and told me I had 5min to vacate and escorted me out of the property. I had just taken pain medication and was coming back to get my car the next day in April 22nd my original checkout date. I was contacted by Orange County sheriff's and was told these crazy MFS towed my vehicle. Them MFS had no write for towing my vehicle and I'm an owner,, and not a guest. I have interest in Marriott. They are going to pay for an illegal tow one way or another. If you're black run far away from the Marriott Vacation Club.

Uitstekend verblijf.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, Er waren 3 zwembaden, waarvan wij er 2 hebben bezocht. Alles heel netjes. De kamer was super groot en super schoon. Ook goede service met de koffers, die met een busje naar je appartement werden gebracht en ook weer opgehaald. Ook heel fijn dat we de laatste dag nog konden zwemmen, de koffers werden opgeslagen en we konden douchen in het sauna complex.

Cons:

De prijzen in het winkeltje waren erg hoog. En ik miste een echt restaurant in plaats van een afhaal loket. Het was wel fijn dat er altijd eten te krijgen was, maar de keuze was beperkt. Het eten wat we hebben gegeten was wel gewoon goed.
