Great location for theme parks
Pros:

The resort was beautiful and the grounds were clean / well- maintained. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice kitchen full of essentials. The in-room washer and dryer was great for washing clothes/ towels. There were a lot of kids activities and you can rent bikes , kayaks , small boats, and fishing equipment right on site. The pool area was nice with a bar/grill right there. There are also bbq grills outside every building that guests can use.

The resort was about 20-30 mins from the airport, close to Universal and Disney (both around 15-20 mins away) and has Sea World right around the corner!! The outlets and grocery store are also only about 10-15 mins away.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Villa muy comfortable y muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Villa con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, jacuzzi y terraza. Complejo muy bien ubicado con piscinas, bbq, gym y todo lo que necesitas. Pablo y Sebastian sin duda hicieron la estancia mejor gracias a su amabilidad y servicio.

Cons:

Nos tocó una villa en una esquina del complejo y teníamos que llamar a recepción 15 min aprox antes de salir para que nos recogieran en shuttle cada vez que queríamos ir al lobby (donde nos podían recoger los uber).
Tuvimos un problema con el pago (nos cobraron dos veces el monto total) y nos hacian cargos recurrentes todas las noches a pesar de hablar la situación (afirmaron que al ser tarjeta de débito el método de pago utilizado y ellos siempre trabajar con tarjetas de crédito, el sistema había tenido un error). Como tenían mucha rotación de personal, solo conocian la situacion un par de empleados y tuvimos que esperar a su turno para poder solucionarlo con ellos. La encargada que sí estaba todos los días no mostró mucho afán por solucionarlo.

Spacious units (villas), quiet and chill atmosphere, good amenities and activities available onsite

Cons:

Inconsistent (inaccurate) info provided by staff led to us not being given a late check-out off the back of a 8-night stay
When the resort closes outside activities/walkways due to possible thunderstorms, they should increase the availability of carts to shuttle guests across their sprawling resort.

Another excellent stay
Pros:

This is our second visit to this wonderful place.
Location - Near to Sea World, Discovery Cove, Publix ( Premium Grocery shopping), international drive, Vineyard shopping etc
Villa - 2 bedroom Villa on the ground floor building 65 was excellent. We had some issue with a minor leak that was promptly repaired.
Plenty of activities in the resort.
Pools are great
My daughter enjoyed the burgers from the Pavilion Grill.

Pros:

Property comfort, amenities and all the activity options - my kiddo loved the pool and the shaved ice!

Cons:

Since we were in the last building it made getting in/out a bit long but I understand this could not be helped, also, going to the grocery store took some finding as we're not from the area - having some water/drinks or even a little fruit bowl in the property to start might be a nice added touch...

We will be visiting this location again.
Pros:

The room was extraordinary and exceeded out families expectations. It was very clean and enough room to house our 7 members. The pool was our favorite and the activities were amazing to keep the kids entertained.

Cons:

Towels were used a lot more than we realized, so we should have set up towel replacements, we needed to go to the front desk to get more, which was not horrible, just when you have small kids who are impatient, having them ready the next day would be good for us, but overall, there is nothing bad to say.
