A villa refurbishment will take place August 2, 2027-November 19, 2027. Anticipate intermittent noise between 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Amenities remain open and unaffected.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Location is fantastic for all the parks. Nice quiet environment. Nice pools and facilities. Apartment was clean, large, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room for a family of 6-8.

Cons:

Nothing really. They have increased the price to include parking but we expected this

Pros:

Having visited Orlando for the past 30 years, we’ve been staying at Marriott Cypress Harbour for the last 20 years, and it never disappoints.

We visit from the UK with family, and the location is perfect, just 15 minutes from the Disney parks, with Publix and the outlets only 5 minutes away.

The beautiful resort is well maintained, the staff are always helpful and welcoming, and the accommodation is spacious and clean.

There’s also a great choice of pools for both adults and children. A fantastic place to stay in Orlando and somewhere we’re always happy to return to.

Pros:

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui est très bien placé, à 15min des parcs, dysney Springs, supermarché à proximité. Le complexe est magnifique, très bien entretenu. La chambre magnifique, deux chambres dont une avec un jacuzzi, terrasse, cuisine et machine à laver, sèche linge comme à la maison et les petites attentions tel que la lessive, pastille lave vaisselle enfin tout. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel et si nous devions revenir ce serait ici.

La ubicación (cerca de parques, centros comerciales y otros) e instalaciones cómodas y limpias, ideales para familias.

Cons:

La nula respuesta de correos electrónicos enviados con antelación solicitando información especifica sobre precios de estacionamiento y datos sobre personas con discapacidad física.
Para futuros viajeros considerar adicional al precio de hospedaje el de estacionamiento $30 el día más impuestos.
En Orlando el sistema de transporte público es bajo, por lo que el alquiler de vehículo es indispensable.

Great location for theme parks
Pros:

The resort was beautiful and the grounds were clean / well- maintained. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice kitchen full of essentials. The in-room washer and dryer was great for washing clothes/ towels. There were a lot of kids activities and you can rent bikes , kayaks , small boats, and fishing equipment right on site. The pool area was nice with a bar/grill right there. There are also bbq grills outside every building that guests can use.

The resort was about 20-30 mins from the airport, close to Universal and Disney (both around 15-20 mins away) and has Sea World right around the corner!! The outlets and grocery store are also only about 10-15 mins away.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Villa muy comfortable y muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Villa con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, jacuzzi y terraza. Complejo muy bien ubicado con piscinas, bbq, gym y todo lo que necesitas. Pablo y Sebastian sin duda hicieron la estancia mejor gracias a su amabilidad y servicio.

Cons:

Nos tocó una villa en una esquina del complejo y teníamos que llamar a recepción 15 min aprox antes de salir para que nos recogieran en shuttle cada vez que queríamos ir al lobby (donde nos podían recoger los uber).
Tuvimos un problema con el pago (nos cobraron dos veces el monto total) y nos hacian cargos recurrentes todas las noches a pesar de hablar la situación (afirmaron que al ser tarjeta de débito el método de pago utilizado y ellos siempre trabajar con tarjetas de crédito, el sistema había tenido un error). Como tenían mucha rotación de personal, solo conocian la situacion un par de empleados y tuvimos que esperar a su turno para poder solucionarlo con ellos. La encargada que sí estaba todos los días no mostró mucho afán por solucionarlo.
