A renovation project of the sports complex will take place from Apr 20-May 24, 2026. During this time our tennis, pickleball and basketball courts will be completely closed. Work to be done daily from 9:00 am-6:00 pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Dass man jetzt fürs Parken 30 $ bezahlen muss, obwohl vor jedem Gebäude genügend Parkplätze vorhanden sind und in der Anlage auch genug Platz für Parkplatz ist. Bisher war Parken frei. Das ist pure Geldschneiderei, besonders, weil die Anlage weit ab ist und ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Wir waren oft dort, aber definitiv das letzte Mal

In addition to the high daily rental price to find out upon arrival I would be charged an additional $30/day was totally unacceptable. We were advised at the end we were going to recieve a "gift" only to find out I would have to pay $250 up front for a future stay and requirement to attend the typical "time share" pitch. We wont be back

The pool areas were nice
The room wasnt cleaned at all while we stayed. We requested it to be cleaned and it wasnt and on check out Alfredo the manager at the front desk promised he would contact me but never did.
The cleaners were on their phones looking at videos sitting on the stairs while supposidly they were "slammed" and couldnt get to our room.
They charge full fees but dont deliver the service of what you pay for

I was always treated with kindness and very professionally. The pool area was always very clean.
This isn't a complaint but when I arrived to check in I was told there was an extra $500 charge for incidental which would be returned upon check out. I was never informed of this prior. I understand I would be refunded this upon check out. I explained this should of been told prior to arriving. The individual that checked me in understood and ended up only charging me $1.I was grateful and appreciated her for doing this
