Non Welcoming Staff
Pros:

I am a Marriott Titanium Elite Member. Stayed here with my spouse in June 2026 for almost 2 weeks. The Resort Environment is nice and the one Bedroom apartment we stayed was well furnished and equipped….stove, microwave, washer/ Dryer, balcony, etc. The major NEGATIVE with this Resort are the Staff. No recognition of Elite Status. Not sure if the staff are well trained about Hospitality Business. They are generally not courteous, not friendly and always visibly engaging guests in a non chalant attitude. They generally do not greet guests…. All categories of staff. The ONLY exception are the Engineering / Maintenance staff…they do greet and also are willing to go out of there way to sort out issues.Housekeeping is very poor and almost all the housekeeping staff just don’t greet guests. The other issue is the automated answering machine when you call front desk to report an issue..you get transferred call and no one picks it so you have to physically go and queue at the reception to report or complain about an issue. Will strongly consider booking another Marriott Resort next trip. Lastly, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

c'est joli, et confortable

Cons:

le personnel et l'organisation. quand on veut faire le check out et que le service conciergerie ne prend pas nos bagages car y'a personne pour le faire, on doit faire la queue au check in.... ce qui franchement n'est pas super niveau organisation... on parle pas bien anglais et un gars du nom de askya c'est ouvertement moque de nous en anglais et en faisant rire les gens car on n'était pas contents de faire la queue pour poser des bagages.... niveau 0 de cordialités.... oui faire la queue et attendre que les gens fassent leur check in juste pour dépose des bagages c'est nuls!!! déjà quand on arrive dans la boutique et qu'on n'est reçu avec quelqu'un qui fait la gueule et dit à peine bonjour. on a acheté une prise par erreur, ils ont jamais voulu nous l'échanger on a dû en racheté une... à 50$ merci..... bref personnel pas au top

One of the best rooms that I can remember staying in.

Cons:

Bathroom toilet needed to be upgraded but that was the only issue. Flush handle had rusted off and needed to be replaced. That was the only issue and everything else was fine. Handles don’t just rust apart overnight. This unit should be changed out
