Pros:

We stayed in a 2BHK. 2 huge rooms with 2 Ensuite Bathrooms. Master bedroom had a Whirlpool Jacuzzi. A big hall with kitchen and Dining. The property had multiple swimming pools, Gyms, etc.

Check in sucked but the rest of our stay was great!
Pros:

Very nicely maintained. Good location. Loved Breeze bar/restaurant. Try the cheesy garlic bread. It was great!

Cons:

Our check in experience was AWFUL! We arrived at 4pm. Suite wasn’t available and they were unable to tell us when it might be ready. We finally were able to get into our room after 7pm. Manager was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. We were not the only displaced family at check in. We also found out that other families had very similar experiences days prior. (So this is happening a lot there). Once we got our room, everything was very nice. But that was a horrible way to begin our stay.

Great place
Pros:

Location, room met my needs. Security to enter the resort

Cons:

Room was not ventilated upon check in. I thought the air conditioning would have been switched on prior to check in. Marketplace was very expensive. Placed order for pool bar one day online and it had been closed due to weather. No message received to update me. I had to search around the resort to find out who would resolve the order. Would have preferred a larger kitchen area in the future.

Pay for parking needs to go!
Pros:

We've been going to this resort twice a year since 2015. While we still enjoy the stay, the parking cost I cannot get past. We stayed for 12 days and paid more to park the car at the resort than to rent it from the car company. If they decide to keep this hidden fee, we will not be returning to the resort. There are others in the area that do not charge this fee, and it is nothing more than a money grab to try to pay for the new buildings they are sticking up in the back of the resort.

Fantastic room but way too noisy at night
Pros:

We stayed for a week. We booked via British Airways Holidays and I don’t know if it was because of that or because we are from the UK but we had no hard sell of the timeshare element of the resort on check in.
Positives: The room was fantastic, like a full apartment and it’s great to have a washer and dryer included. Everything worked and the room was very clean, and housekeeping came every other day.
Negatives: for us it was too noisy. All the rooms are arranged round a pool area and the pool is open from 7am to 11pm. That’s both an earlier start and a later finish than other places we’d stayed. During those hours there was music playing and lots of noise from people. Two nights the music wasn’t turned off at 11, and the first night it was on all night. The second we called reception and they sent security out to turn it off but that took nearly an hour and a second phone call. Another night an alarm was going off for ages. There was also noise from people on their balconies way into the early hours. It seems like security don’t patrol the resort at night or else they would have noticed a lot of these things and sorted them out. As others have mentioned although there’s not a resort fee they do charge for parking so be aware of this as it adds a considerable cost if you are staying for a week or two.
So overall the room was great but we’d not stay here again as it was far too noisy for us.

Pools a little over crowded at times and waterslide needs to be watched better when smaller kids are on it and teenagers follow and watch for bullying at the pool form other kids

Great for Large Families
Pros:

Great hotel for a large family that wants to be close to Disney without paying "Disney Bubble" prices. Stayed a portion of our stay here and it was great. Very spacious and had tons of amenities. The gym at the time was open but not yet completed so styrofoam and boxes were an inconvenience. The convenience store was very convenient but VERY pricey. The rooms were a little outdated but very clean. The kitchen had every appliance you may need and lots of dishware and cutlery. If you plan to use the oven, maybe bring oven tools like oven tray. Bed spelt great. Great location near Disney and stores like Publix but traffic near entrance/exit was a congested during commute hours. Very secure as a code is needed ro enter the property. Would highly recommend, regardless.
