Second stat here was disappointing
Pros:

The resort is beautiful. Great pools and extracurricular activities to enjoy

Cons:

The room was small and it was very loud. There really wasn't an option to move so we just checked out a day early and came home.

Great mini getaway
Pros:

Very nice retreat. We were given a package for a 4 night stay which we took advantage of. Paid about $300 and Kelvin our sales rep was kind enough to upgrade us to a one bedroom suite. The room was nice and provided us a lot of space (room 302/building 14). The grounds are very beautiful and well kept. But to get additional purchase, you do have to attend a 90 minute sales pitch to buy into the property. It wasn’t bad for us but some May feel differently about the approach.

The one complaint I would have would be the beds. If you like a firm mattress, you’d likely love it, but it was a little uncomfortable for our taste. But other than that, it’s an excellent place to stay and explore Orlando.

Cons:

Very little. Maybe the fact that the lights were on on the playground but my child couldn’t play on it because it was locked. Maybe just turn those lights off so it isn’t lit up so brightly.

Potential to have been great
Pros:

4/5 for the hotel and amenities, the room was very spacious and clean with easy access to the i-ride trolley.

Our air conditioning within our room was only working properly for half of our stay and I was in frequent communications with the hotel to aim to fix this - even on the day of check out, our air conditioning was still not working fully.

The stay at Sheraton was great otherwise, until we experienced theft by some on-site engineers ("Fixing the air conditioning unit") and this is why I cannot rate this higher than I have.

Would come back without hesitation BUT please drop the car park charge (of have it at a sensible level)
Pros:

Loved it. Nice welcome, no pressure for the timeshare when checking in. Room was large and well presented, comfortable, clean, spacious, well equipped with kitchen cookware, large shower, safe, nice pools, friendly staff etc. PLEASE, is it necessary to charge $30 per day to park a car! Greed at its worse from the corporate faceless people. Nice location as well.

Limpeza. Pia da cozinha entupiu pela manhã, sujou toda a cozinha, ficamos sem poder higienizar a louça utilizada no café-da-manhã. O Serviço de limpeza foi comunicado, mas não limpou e o serviço de manutenção não compareceu durante o dia. Tivemos que aciona-lo por volta das 22h para troca da tubulação/ cifão.

Mycket trevligt och prisvärt

Välplanerat, väl underhållet, fin grönska och mycket fina poolområden. Städning varannan dag, boendet höll med både diskmaskins tabletter och tvättmedel till tvättmaskinen.
Många handdukar.
Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal.

Cons:

Heltäckningsmatta i storarummet och sovrummet. Luktade mögel från mattorna.
Att fläkten( A/C ) lät som en reamotor.
Stängde av den nattetid.
