Good breakfast.
The hotel is very damp; there was even a wet carpet in our room. There was an unpleasant smell. The hotel is old and clearly in need of renovation.
The location was convenient, and the breakfast was acceptable and appropriate for the price. Overall, the hotel offered reasonable value for what we paid.
The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely noisy and turned on automatically with the bathroom light. This was especially inconvenient at night because using the bathroom could wake up another person sleeping in the room. The fan should either be replaced or connected to a separate switch so guests can choose whether to turn it on.
Very clean rooms, great location and close by Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.

The staff was friendly and the property was conveniently located. We had to ask for a shower curtain to hang ourselves, and additional bath linen.
Two small roaches were killed in the bathroom, and there was a strong bug spray odor on floor 2.
The breakfast was not to our liking.
