nice, but not enough hot water in the showers.
Pros:

the room was quite big and had a balcony. The lobby was also nice

Cons:

I did not like having to take cold showers! The hot water ran out early in the afternoon and early in the morning. The reception offered a different room but the water in there was the same between tapid and cold.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Frühstück typisch italienisch und etwas kuchen-lastig. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm in einem ruhigen Villenviertel. Zu Fuß fünf Minuten zur Geschäftszone und zehn Minuten zur Vaporetto-Station.

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es zu wenig Haken, um Handtücher oder Kleidung zum Trocknen aufzuhängen und die Duschwand verdient ihre Bezeichnung nicht (viel zu kurz)

Goed verblijf in Basutti, vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, mooie villa, heel fijn en groot terras rondom met veel groenvoorziening.
Kon na ontbijt m'n fijne koffie gerust meenemen, om buiten neer te ploffen om te roken.

Cons:

Geef wat minder om de barokstijl inrichting kamer, deze was naar m'n idee erg gedateerd, met veel rood behang/ aan 'n update toe..
Superior kamer 410 op de 4e etage is ruim. En heeft weliswaar 'n bad, maar deze bevond zich onder het schuine dak.
Heb me nog nooit zo moeten afspoelen onder 'n douche, pff. Dit moet echt op de knietjes: hoe dan? Een inloopdouche was niet aanwezig..
Kamer was verder van alle gemakken voorzien.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Die Ruhige Lage und die Terrasse lädt zu relaxen, nach dem Trubel in Laguna, ein.

Pros:

The politeness of staff was a real winner, and the location of the hotel is a great place from which to explore Venice. There are also excellent restaurants but a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

There is a big breakfast for €20 per person but there did not seem to be a small “continental” option of coffee and croissants. But there are good little cafes around the corner.
