Pros:

La habitación grande, especial y bonita, buena ubicación y el spa, aunque pequeño, muy relajante y agradecimos poder estar solos.

Cons:

El personal, serio, pero profesional y el desayuno bien, pero mejorable en algunos aspectos.

Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Arena ideal

Cons:

Schade dass es kein Restaurant hat und auch im Quartier nichts vorhanden ist!

Amazing hotel, with friendly knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us, were really friendly, and helped us with booking a table for dinner. We stayed in an apartment which was modern, spacious and had everything we needed.

Cons:

I couldn’t fault it, it was excellent.

Estupenda
Pros:

Mi habitación era One-Bedroom Apartment - Separate Building, un departamento completo con habitación separada del living, el cual tenía cocina, vajilla completa, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, lavarropas, plancha, tabla de planchar, y tender para el secado de ropa. La ubicación es muy cercana al centro histórico, al cual se puede ir caminando. Al estar en una habitación en un edificio separado, el desayuno era optativo, aunque hay un supermercado en la misma cuadra y varios cafés/bar en los alrededores.

Cons:

mi estadía fue de 6 días y el último día vinieron unos operarios a cambiar el microondas porque "no funcionaba" (yo lo usé sin problemas) y también instalaron una luminaria en la alacena, con lo cual demoraron casi dos horas mientras yo estaba dentro del apartamento. Les pedí que lo hagan luego de hacer el check out, pero me dijeron que no lo podían postergar y me tuve que quedar allí esperando.
Otro tema, cuando fui a la recepción a pedir más cápsulas de café, me dijeron que no tenían, que me las podían dar al día siguiente, pero sin mucha predisposición (yo salí muy temprano a trabajar y no me servía esa opción).

Séjour agréable à Vérone
Pros:

Très belle expérience ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Vérone à pied. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Vérone. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Lovely hotel in an amazing city. Very friendly staff. Within walking distance of the Arena, 10 minutes!
Pros:

Location, the size of the room, the bathroom, the breakfast were all great!

Cons:

The bar closed at 9 pm! It would have been nice to relax with a drink in the evening.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Breakfast was fine. Not amazing. Room clean excellent air conditioning. Lovely and helpful front desk. I found Verona a bit boring. Went to opera and did a bus tour. If I did this again I would have only stayed 24 hours. Not two days. Venice or Florence could use more time

Pros:

Boli sme tu uz dva krat, vsetko je tu vyborne - personal, cistota, dobre ranajky, poloha blizko centra.... Opery v Arene su krasne zazitky. Dufame, ze sa este vratime.

Cons:

Chýba iba bazén a slaby vyber v TV, ak by bolo zle pocasie. Ale vobec to nevadi... prisli sme za operou.
