Not that good
Pros:

We left before breakfast there is a lot of construction very messy there is no pool and no ho tub nothing like the website

Cons:

The pictures not like the actual place be honest about the hotel

Pros:

Location was convenient to airport and Washington Dc.

Cons:

Renovation was being done, and we weren't notified. The floors in the lobby, by the breakfast area created dust and hotel description mentioned a pool; there was no pool
Our room was updated but appliances were out dated.

Near to the airport and restaurants.

Cons:

First of all I wasn't notified of the restoration going on, took over 3 hrs to unblock our toilet from asking at 6.16pm. The roof above room 421 leaked during the rain and we were ready for bed when my daughter who slept in the bed near the window felt a wet patch. She had to sleep on the opposite side. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed and we had to go and collect it from reception as there was no staff.

Nice stay and would cone again after renovation is complete.
Pros:

Property was well located near Dulles airport and offered stay and park; to leave the car whijj oh ever are away.

Cons:

Property is undergoing major renovation so much is just a mess. But the beds were still comfortable
