Loved the location!
The hot tub was freezing and for me that was the reason of staying there hoping to relax after a day at Dollywood!
The price was the best part and the breakfast was pretty good too.
It was definitely an older property but for what we paid it was great
Bland, sausage was horrible, powder eggs

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, and they worked to keep it well stocked, even though tbe breakfast area was packed and they had to clean up a huge mess from a medical emergency.
Showers make a weird noise in the room we had this time and the one we had last time, but with that being the only complaint we will book again for future stays if the price is still similar.
It had a lazy river my grandson enjoyed.
The place needs to be updated.
There were roaches in the room. The man that works there was rude to the kids. The hot tub was broken the last day.
