My stay was very relaxing.

Overall a nice place to stay. I would come back if I were here on vacation.
Pros:

Room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The lighting was just right to make the room seem cozy. I also felt very secure.
Staff was awesome. Always willing to help and pleasant.

Cons:

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Not even sure that the sausage was real meat.

I I will not stay at this particular hotel again
Pros:

There was absolutely no water pressure in my shower. I mean zero it was the worst shower in any hotel I have ever stayed at.

It was ok, elevator had a smell, room was ok as AC was leaking and floor was saturated with water.

Seems like it was a chore to get help at reception desk. No one at counter, sighing when ring bell twice, then had to say "hello" person was sighing behind the wall. Not good customer service.

Location was very close to our relatives, gave us two bottles of water on arrival, quiet hallways, breakfast provided

Me agrado el hotel, la ubicacion es perfecta muy cerca del Florida Turnpike, las habitaciones limpias, el personal amable , jovial, pienso volver.

Cons:

El desayuno debe mejorar la calidad, no es que no era bueno, pero creo puede ser mejor,,,no habia jugo de naranja, ser mas variado en general

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant upon arrival and anytime you came upon them !! The location was perfect for our event we were attending !! Will definitely stay there again !!
