Pros:

Great location, easy to check-in, parking on-site, simple, clean rooms with AC, a bathroom, and a TV.

I wish there was a fridge or snack machine.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty and the air conditioning broke first night, they gave us two small fans that didn’t do anything in the Italy heat. Would not recommend. Everything in the room looked rundown and old.
