Overall a great hotel, would stay there again for sure.
Pros:

Location convenient, super friendly staff, beds comfortable, free waters at check-in, afternoon cookies, good shower, quiet room.
While the breakfast was your typical Hotel fare, it was well stocked and clean.

Cons:

A filtered water bottle filling station would be really nice. They have a small snack store onsite by the reception desk, would be great to see some protein bar options added to the offerings.

One of the best hotel stays we have experienced - a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Pros:

The location was perfect to access downtown. There was ample parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional - so friendly and helpful.

The location was good and the room size was great.

Cons:

The rooms TV's reacted very slow to menu selections and would lock up. The pool was listed on amenities but the pool open and closed season was not so we thought it was open, but it was not. Breakfast area was really small. A lot of this would not have bothered us if we didnt pay the same amount as the Mariott near by which was much nicer.

It was great overall. Just deep clean the floors and it'd be golden.

Loved the location, breakfast and it was very nice that the parking was free.

Cons:

This seems to be common among most hotels ( I'm a floor cleaning expert as I did it as a profession - So, I might be a little picky but, would love to be heard as a paying customer ). The tiled Bathroom floors were disgusting. It's obvious dirty mops are used to mop the floors. Maybe not the housekeepers fault as maybe it's what is provided. They need a deep clean these floors as it stands... I didn't bring this to the desk person's attention as I felt if they offered to move me that all the floors would be the same and also, hair was all over the floor too. Otherwise, for some credit the room was clean. Just nasty floors.

Parking behind building wasn’t well lit. Had a homeless person walking through the parking lot when we came back in after dinner. If there was an entry at the back, it wasn’t well marked.

This is my favorite place to stay in downtown Greenville.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is fantastic!! We checked in early, situated the cars and were off to matinee performance. The breakfast has fresh fruit and yogurt along with eggs and meats and pancakes, a large variety. Love this place!!

I like hotel and access to DT Greenville. Cleanliness is hit or miss. Overall doable.
Pros:

Most staff was nice and helpful. Room was usable.

Cons:

Carpet was dirty. Ice dispenser looks moldy. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. Hearing emplotmyees use profanity. Cigarette smokers smoke in the path of ppl entering and exiting the building.
