Bastante bien en algunas cosas, mejorable en otras.
Pros:

El buffet del desayuno está bastante bien y la limpieza de las instalaciones es bastante buena. El personal es amable.

Cons:

Habitaciones muy mal insonorizadas, la alarma de incendios sonaba cada dos por tres, almohadas de mala calidad, incómodas. El buffet de desayuno no tiene opciones de proteína vegana, y la margarina contiene leche. Podrían tener en cuenta no sólo a las personas vengas, sino también a las que sufren alergias o intolerancias. Al final sólo pude tomar fruta y pan con tomate. Estaría bien tener una margarina 100% vegetal, y quizás algún queso vegano, también para los intolerantes a los lácteos. O un revuelto de tofu. Gracias.

Pros:

Lo mejor de lo mejor, es un hotel 🏨 de 3 estrellas pero parece de 4, está a 200 metros de la ciudad de las ciencias, hay un supermercado y una farmacia a 150 metros del hotel en la calle principal de las ciencias. El personal del hotel 🏨 es muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo momento en todo lo que necesitamos, son muy profesionales.
Lo recomiendo 100x100

Un hotel che si lascia vivere grazie al personale che ci lavora
Pros:

Ho amato la posizione del hotel praticamente al centro della città. Tutto perfettamente raggiungibile a piedi e i musei era ad un passo dal hotel. Inoltre il personale super cortese ed etramente di aiuto ho adorato anche il fatto che al livello linguistico fossero molto atrezati complimenti

Cons:

Non ho aprezato particomante il bagno dove nelle piastrelle era presente un po di sporcizia inoltre ai muri sarebbe servita una bella pitturata. Ciò che non mi e piacuto davero per e sta la coperta incelofanta nel armadio. Consiglio assolutamente di levarlo e tenerla in unagaziono separato dalla camera perché li fa solo polvere e bruta scena

3*-os hotelhez képest szuper
Pros:

Napi takarítás volt, minden nap cserélték a törölközőket, a szoba és a folyosók tisztasága rendben. Mi étkezést nem kértünk, így arról nem tudok nyilatkozni. 3*-os hotelhez képest nagyon rendben volt a szállás, összességében ajánlom.

Cons:

A személyzet lehetett volna kedvesebb. Utolsó nap kértünk szobaszervizt, amire kb. 1,5 órát vártunk. Mivel a telefon nem működött a szobában, mindig le kellett mennünk érdeklődni, ahol sajnos nem voltak túl segítőkészek. (A szobaszervizt egyébként online lehet megrendelni). A hangszigetelés is lehetett volna jobb, a szomszéd szobából szinte minden áthallatszott.
