Pros:

La eficacia y amabilidad de todas las personas del hotel. Acudí con una lumbalgia que me limitaba mucho y me ofrecieron todo tipo de facilidades.

Cons:

Lamentablemente por lo arriba mencionado y porque era un viaje de trabajo no pude difrutar ni de la poscina ni del gimnasio.

Location is close to the City of Arts and Science and a few places to eat.

Cons:

The breakfast starts way too late. At 7 am. I needed to depart to work already at 7:10, gives no time to eat breakfast in the hotel. There is a small corner to put clothes in something that can be considered 1/4 of a wardrobe, very uncomfortable to hang and store.
The sound proof is awful, it is very noisy at night and traffic can be heard during the whole day
The gym/sauna/pool amenities are below any 3 star hotel expectation. The area is dirty, machines at the gym are broken, no space, no towels at all

Pros:

A személyzet minden alkalommal gyors és segítőkész volt. Volt egy kis incidens az első nap után, amit nagyon rugalmasan és segítőkészen azonnal kezeltek, segítettek és oly szervezettséggel amit ritka tapasztalni. A reggeli bőséges volt, de sajnos nem tudtam minden alkalommal igénybevenni az időbeosztásom miatt. A szoba tiszta és kényelmes volt.

Nem tapasztaltam ilyet.

minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta! Bőséges, finom reggeli, isteni kávé!
A szoba is tökéletes volt, ilyen kényelmes ágyban még sosem aludtunk!
A személyzet kézséges, rugalmas, segítőkész!

La ubicación

Cons:

El parking si no rozas el coche eres muy hábil súper estrecho, la habitación era para los pinipon no podías ni deshacer la maleta de lo estrecho , de la cama a la pared 30 centímetros, el baño te costaba hasta cerrar la puerta porque no cogías , lo veo caro para las pocas comodidades que tiene .

Muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad de las artes. Muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación. Pequeña, no podía acceder bien al armario. En el baño no caben dos personas. La habitación descuidada. Tarima hinchada, lavabo roto aunque reparado. No me lo esperaba en un NH, ya que no es barato. El parking se llena.
