Wonderfull start for our roadtrip in Denver
Pros:

Friendly staff, swimming pool (heated), lovely area with picnic, facilities, lobby, good breakfast, everything was excellent.

Cons:

The door to the room was extremely heavy, that is all.

Daughter had to sleep in car in the parking lot😢
Pros:

Unfortunately I like the Best Western hotel system but was disappointed in Denver. Contact to booking.com and hotel management with no luck 🍀.

Cons:

Unfortunately no consideration for travel issue. Lost ID while traveling and booked room and pre paid prior to arrival. Per rules unable to allow family member to stay even with phone calls. Technically they are able to deny for no ID but to cancel and keep our $155.00 prepayment money—Sad human experience.
