Lovely great bed, clean, quiet
Pros:

Was clean, staff were friendly. Ned was very very comfy! Got a free upgrade

The heater took a while to heat up

Cons:

Shower over bath was not practical for my elderly parents. Would be interested to know if there are rooms with disabled facilities in the bathroom (floor level shower with small hob or no hob). My parents were not able to shower due o nit being able to access the shower as they can't step up over the bath.
