Great location - close to CBD without the hustle-bustle
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room close to parklands, zoo, Carlton eateries. Public transport almost at front door (No. 19 Tram) for quick and easy access to CBD or out to Brunswick and beyond.

Will not be recommending for anybody to stay.

The more you turned on the hot water the less water came out, same as basin tap.
Could barely rinse of shampoo on my head. Floor had urine patch at toilet, overall this place needs a serious renovation very poorly maintain.

Had an amazing stay, definitely staying again
Pros:

Great location, bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, nice and cosy. Loved the shower hot water was amazing. Nice and close to the Zoo, Royal Park and the royal children’s hospital. Definitely staying again. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was big enough and comfortable for a weeks stay.
Pros:

Close to tram line, zoo etc. Access to a laundry.

Cons:

Shower screen over bath was too short, no power points near the beds.
