Personale demotivato e quindi poco proattivo con la clientela, parti comuni e camere da ristrutturare profondamente

Dificil acesso para chegar a recepção do hotel. Quarto pequeno e velho. Televisao de uma decada atras.. muito caro para o que ele entrega.. mas em Portofino...

4 stelle soltanto sulla carta, con prezzi da 5 stelle. L’unica cosa davvero all’altezza di questo hotel è la posizione. Per il resto faccio sinceramente fatica a capire come possa essere classificato come un 4 stelle e, soprattutto, come possa applicare prezzi da struttura di lusso. L’albergo è vecchio, trascurato e maltenuto. La colazione è probabilmente la peggiore che abbia mai visto in un hotel di questa categoria: prodotti scadenti, affettati di qualità bassissima messi in contenitori rotti e sporchi. Un livello che sarebbe discutibile in una pensione economica, figuriamoci in un hotel che si presenta e si fa pagare come un 4 stelle. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e persino ordinare un cappuccino è diventato un’impresa: chiedevo un cappuccino d’orzo e puntualmente arrivava al ginseng. Solo l’ultimo giorno sono riusciti finalmente a portarmi ciò che avevo ordinato. Altro episodio assurdo: con il soggiorno sono compresi i lettini e ci viene detto di scendere, perché avremmo trovato il bar e il ragazzo addetto alla consegna degli asciugamani. Scendiamo e scopriamo che il bar semplicemente non esiste. Per avere dell’acqua abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’hotel e chiedere che qualcuno ce la portasse. Quanto agli asciugamani, il ragazzo addetto era troppo impegnato a fumare: l’odore di cannabis era chiaramente percepibile. Una situazione francamente imbarazzante per una struttura che pretende di essere di questo livello. L’hotel, tra l’altro, non dispone nemmeno di un vero bar: se volete qualcosa da bere dovete andare al vicino bar oppure sperare che in quel momento ci sia qualcuno disponibile a servirvi. Stiamo sempre parlando di un presunto 4 stelle con prezzi da 5 stelle. Dulcis in fundo, il checkout. Alle 7:15 del mattino saldiamo il conto e chiediamo di avere la nostra macchina, specificando che dobbiamo partire il prima possibile. Ci viene risposto che non è possibile averla prima delle 8 perché il ragazzo che consegna le auto arriva alle 8.

Everything was excellent at the place. But if you plan to enjoy the sea water, bring water shoes. The round rocks and shells are quite painful as you dip in the water.

The hotel is very old and the room especially the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was either old or dirty as there was yellow staining everywhere on the marble floor. The sofa came very ugly and they put a bedsheet or something loosely covering it very unpleasantly.

We had breakfast and came into the breakfast room. No one greeted us, but when my partner took a bottle of water to the table, a male staff member came up to us and said we had to pay for the water if we brought the bottle to our table. No one told us anything or served us anything so we didn't know. The staff were unnecessarily unfriendly and rude he could have just said please leave the water at the counter didn't really have to be so rude and say you’ll have to pay for the water when it’s ONLY “just water” after all!

We paid nearly £500 a night so definitely not worth it. If you have other choices, go stay somewhere else.
