Pros:

Excellent value for money! Excellent location (10 minutes walk to the center of Portofino and with beautiful view), elegant building, very professional service and housekeeping (very clean, friendly and the valet service suits Portofino ambience so well), very decent breakfast. I enjoyed every moment at the Hotel Piccolo Portofino and looking forward to come back again!

Definitely a good, reasonably priced place in portofino
Pros:

wonderful view from our room and the breakfast terrace and 300m to the centre of Portofino. Friendly staff.

Cons:

That although the dinner restaurant had been closed due to technical issues for over a week which meant scrambling to find a restaurant with space on the evening of our arrival (Saturday). and crossing a busy road from the hotel to the breakfast terrace

That hotel could be soooo much more! Just fresh paint more suitable for the building architecture. They have a very off design…not as clean as I’d hoped

Fantastic location for a stay in portofino
Pros:

Excellent location with amazing views of the sea. Easy access to portofino harbour from behind the hotel avoiding the road.
Staff were very helpful and aimed to please.

Cons:

I think the hotel could do with some redecoration in places but it wouldn’t put me off from staying again

Nous étions deja venus en fin d annee derniere , ravis des prestations proposées parbcet hotel. Nous avons retrouvé les mêmes sentiments au regard de l'accueil, des chambres, de notre séjour.
Tout est fait pour que nous nous étions bien dans cet endroit et le personnel particulièrement gentil et attentif a nous
Un remerciement particulier a la réception qui nous a gâté en nous proposant des chambres plus agréables encore que celles prévues initialement

Our third visit to the Piccolo. The location is truly fabulous. Easy walk into Portofino. Gorgeous Little bay right outside the hotel

Nous avons trouvé des mégot de cigarettes à côté de la poubelle, sans doute un oubli, mais… à ce prix la nuit…
Aussi la TV pas branchée, l’annonce d une bouteille d’eau offerte mais rien, la douche un peu vétuste.

Romantischer Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Portofino
Pros:

Wegen eines Wasserschadens musste das Restaurant renoviert werden und wir konnten die gebuchte Halbpension, d.h das Dinner nicht nutzen. Das Hotel hat uns ein up grade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Meerblick gewährt, ohne Zuzahlung. Bei Ankunft stand in dem Zimmer eine Flasche Champagner und ein Obstteller bereit. Eine sehr schöne und großzügige Geste des Hotelmanagers. Das Zimmer befand sich im 3. Stock mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht. Das Frühstück fand unten auf der Restaurantterasse an der Bucht statt. Eine tolle Auswahl, schön gedeckte Tische, sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Einzigartig und romantisch.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lokalizacja tak, ale hotel nie spełnia żadnych standardów, jest brudno, śmierdzi środkami czystości, wymaga totalnego remontu, cena nie jest adekwatna do oczekiwań
