De locatie en personeel niks aan te merken, echt super!
Hotel is heel erg gedateerd en bijvoorbeeld badkamer te klein en oubollig in verhouding met de prijs.
Excellent location for Porto Fino
Excellent service from hotel staff especially Andrea who was super friendly and helpful sorting out our car, luggage and dinner.

A tad pricey but you are paying for the uber location and opportunity to visit the lovely harbour, admire the luxury yachts and people watch

The room had a balcony and lovely view over the sea. Situation of hotel was good and only a short walk into Portofino itself. Andrea was brilliant for recommendations to local restaurants. He made a booking on our first night and actually drove us there for a small fee which was much lower than a local taxi.
We didn’t like the bathroom it was way too small and no light over shower. The breakfast options could be improved. I would say it isn’t good value for money but then no hotel in Portofino is value for money.

A decoração do quarto deixou a desejar. Há um certo desleixo.

First of all we would like to many thanks to Andrea Bell boy and very welcoming person at the hotel. He was very helpful. We forgot our jacket in the hotel before we stay . He even made the organization with dhl to pick up . We were lucky that we met with him. Location was perfect. Even with family baby. View of the room was amazing.
On that moment breakfast location was in beach side so there was so many steps . Was hard for baby stroller. They forgot my white wine in freezer which i bought from special winery . It become ice .They recover with another wine but wasnt same ofcourse. Other than this everything was good.
The view from our room was fantastic, breakfast & staff also all great. Short access to public beach area with private terrace area was a real plus.
Room decor will be due for a refresh soon ! Would be also good to open up the terrace for breakfast .
Flot beliggenhed med udsigt over Middelhavet nem gå adgang ind til Porto Fino havn.
Meget slidt hotel, havde forventet noget andet til prisen.
