A localização.

Cons:

O pessoal que trabalha na recepção, tanto o do dia como o da noite foram totalmente grosseiros em todas as vezes em que precisamos de algo, como se fosse um favor o que estavam fazendo. Empatia e gentileza não existe.

Pros:

Beach/sea access. Unbeatable in the area. If you want access to an iconic bay in Portofino, this is the hotel to stay at.

Cons:

Hotel is basic but you stay here for the bay/sea and proximity to Portofino. Breathtakingly beautiful.

Best location in Portofino
Pros:

The hotel with the best location and price in Portofino. Spectacular view, friendly staff—especially Andrea, who gave me excellent recommendations for a restaurant and a boat trip.

Cons:

It needs renovation, but it's worth it for the price and location.

Good property for quick stopover with value paid for location
Pros:

Great location in between of Portofino and Paraggi with a beautiful nature path to get to the beach or the town marina. Private parking and sun loungers available. Staff at reception, beach and valet were helpful and polite.

Cons:

Room was spacious but needs renovation. Breakfast was very limited with drinks served in plastic cups?? not sure why but have not seen this anywhere else and felt it was not appropriate for the level of property and price paid.

Enjoyable respite in a very busy place.
Pros:

Excellent views with different areas to enjoy it. Easy access to beach/swimming. Safe Walking path to main square of Portofino. Quiet. Relaxed outdoor dining. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff.

Cons:

No luggage collection from wharf.
