L’alarme incendie c’est déclenché en pleine nuit, aucun membre du personnel ne nous a guidé,informé et indiqué de remonter à notre chambre et nous sommes demeurés dehors au vent et aux froids pendant plus d’une heure. Bref nous comprenons que la sécurité soit la priorité, mais l’information et la prise en charge des clients en fait partie.

Propre et bien placé.

Cons:

Réveil à 1:00 du matin par une alarme incendie.
Le personnel n’a donné aucune information.
Nous étions tous dehors sans aucune information.
Comportement lamentable du personnel et de l’hôtel. Ils ne sont pas responsables de l’alarme, mais ils auraient au mois pu informer et orienter les clients.

Good experience.
Pros:

The room wasn't large, but it was very clean, and the bathroom was good. The location is excellent—facing a beautiful square, very close to the city's historic area, and with many restaurants within walking distance. It is also quite close to the train station.
The reception staff is very attentive and helpful with any information you might need.
