VERY VERY NICE
Lack of seats at wash machine room

The pictures of Hotel and rooms on booking.com are different than what you can experience at the hotel. In the last many years, this has been the worst experience ever. Dirty carpets, smelly rooms, elevator with problems. The bedsheet and pillows had a very bad smell. I checked-in late and I was wishing when morning comes and I could leave this place. The wifi never works in the rooms and if you need to use it, you have to come down to the lobby. This has been terrible and I couldn't forget and take out the annoying smell out of my head the whole day. The washroom taps had problems, and the shower area all looked like 1970s. From outside, they have put good decoration but the moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted with bad smell and then it stays with you during your trip.

The location was good and the staff was always pleasant.
The bed was horrible. The hardest bed I've ever slept in in my life. The cleanliness of the room itself was not good. There was an open condom wrapper behind the bed from a previous stay. That was VERY disturbing.
The breakfast was really good and everything was super clean
I liked the best Western premier property that I used to stay on. This one was OK. It just did not have the bar in the lobby like I like.
