Pros:

The location and neighborhood were pretty good. The staff were helpful and pleasant as well.

Cons:

While the property has many great qualities, the strange, old smell coming from the room's carpet ruined the entire experience. The carpet in the room definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned/maintained much better.

Poor customer service for management reporting to my credit card
Pros:

We were charged for two nights when we only stayed for one every time we called to ask for the manager to correct this we get no response and no call back.

Cons:

$650 to stay for one night is really stupid at a Holiday Inn

Great Experience!
Pros:

Great hotel! Super clean, quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Best free breakfast with pancakes, biscuits and gravy, two kinds of omelets, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, home fries, cereal and more! Fresh brewed coffee all day.

Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel, staff lovely, really helpful. Breakfast was very good, bacon, egg, sausage, pancakes, plus pastries, fruit, bagels etc. Very good gluten free options too!
Room very clean, we had a two bedroom suite for 4 adults, my only comment would be that the lighting in the room with one bed could be better, only 1 light!
No coffee facilities in the room, but coffee available in reception.
