When i book the hotel it doesn’t inform you that you are actually booking an appartment that is in another building from the hotel. And if you want to stay in the hotel itself, you will have to pay extra at the check in. It should be stated on booking that when you book the hotel you are not actually staying in the same hotel! Then after entering the room, i find out there is no water, no coffee, no kettle and the AC is not working when its extremely hot and humid in Rome. I’ve never had such a bad experience. Paying for a 4-star hotel thats not what i expected at all.
