Sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage. 150 m bis zum Bahnhof Termini. Das Frühstück ist gut und besonders die vielen Kaffeevariationen sind sehr lecker.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement idéal à proximité de la gare et à 15 min à pied du Colisée .
Personnel à l'accueil très gentil et arrangeant suite au souci de clim et 1 notre demande de changement de chambre
Chambre côté cour calme

Cons:

Les lits sont très fatigués, en mode cuvette.
Le petit dej est limité. Les pâtisseries ne sont pas bonnes et très sucré, le salé pas top. Les jus de fruit infectes ( genre oasis bas de gamme)
Nous sommes arrivé et malheureusement la clim était hs, chambre sur rue bruyante ne permettant pas de dormir .
Pas de petite bouilloire avec thé ou café dans la chambre
Le frigo surchauffe et ne fait pas de froid

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire place was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — varied, fresh, and delicious, especially the cornetti, which were absolutely amazing.

The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. In particular, Lynn was incredibly kind, friendly, and caring throughout our stay, and her colleagues were equally helpful and professional.

The location is excellent — truly top-class. Being so close to Termini Station made it incredibly convenient to travel around Rome and easily access transportation whenever we needed it. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the easy, secure entrance directly from the street.

Our room was very quiet despite the central location, and it was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Rome. And if we return to the Eternal City, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros:

Гостиница находится очень близко к ЖД вокзалу, благодаря этому не очень чувствуется маргинальный район. Если не обращать внимание на некоторые индивидуумы, расположение отличное!!! Все виды общественного транспорта рядом, пешком (20-30 минут) можно дойти фонтана Треви, Колизея. Санта Мария Маджоре в 5 минутах ходьбы. Персонал приветливый. Комната очень чистая. Мне было комфортно и удобно. Всё, что лично мне важно, я получила. В следующий мой приезд в Рим, остановлюсь здесь

Готель чистий, в дуже зручному місці розташування! Привітний і доброзичливий персонал, хороший сніданок! Проте, є проблеми з кондиціонерами! В жарку пору року я б не рекомендувала цей готель, дуже жарко в номері! Але, якщо по прогнозу немає спеки, можете спокійно обирати цей готель!

The perfect short stay location especially if you are using trains to get around
Pros:

It is very well located by the Central train station, places to eat and anything else you may need.

The rooms are basic but very clean and the staff are so very friendly.

Cons:

Being so close to everything, the street outside is noisy but not to a screw that affected sleep.

Absolutely Terrible! Fraudulent Service, No AC, and Total Blackout! Avoid at all costs!

​We traveled as a group of 7 and staying at Hotel Scott House was the biggest nightmare of our Italy trip.

​The AC Fraud: The air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional, blowing only warm room air. When we complained, the front desk repeatedly lied to us, using "government energy regulations" as a lame excuse. They promised us "it will be fixed tomorrow." "Tomorrow" became the next tomorrow, and until the day we checked out, there was STILL no AC! They didn't even have a single electric fan to offer us.

​Total Power Outage: It got even worse on the second night. The entire building suffered a total blackout (no electricity at all). We were left in complete darkness and suffocating heat all night.

​The management is dishonest, the facilities are ancient and broken, and the staff completely stonewalled our requests. As a group leader, I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL unless you want your holiday ruined. Terrible experience!
