Cons:

They had a problem with water and they were close, but none of them or from booking told me, and I was refused when i just arrived after my flights. After a long travel from europe i was put in the street without help or any other offer. So I paid about 3 ubers searching for other situations, but it was too late to find any other accomodation and i went to spend the night in the entrance of the airport. At least to not stay in the steeet during night! So terrible and incredible. And they had already took my money and sent me confirmation. I could never imagine such thing!!! The woman at reception was so rude. Even not caring about their mistake or that i was alone. I can give 0 to them and 0 would be too much in my opinion.

Terrible
Pros:

The Front Desk staff tried. But said they were handcuffed because I booked through Booking.com. Not helpful. Terrible room. They blamed Booking.com.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There was no hot water. There were cobwebs in the room that had been there for months. They didn’t have staff during a holiday weekend. I will never stay here again. It’s the worst Marriott. I’ve stayed in in years.

To be honest, nothing.

Cons:

They gave me a room key of a room that was occupied and with people sleeping there. After that they did not even apologized. At the end they overcharge me for meals and their market I did not use. At the end, the bathroom was dirty as if someone has used it. A complete disaster

Pleasant overall.
Pros:

At check-in desk, Casandra was very helpful in aiding me in setting up over-night parking and wire-fi access. A great employee.

Cons:

Coffee shop hours are advertised at opening at 6am. Wasn't open until nearly 6:30.

Cons:

First of all when it’s windy, the umbrellas need to be put away by the pool. One umbrella pole fell on my head while trying to lounge. I still have a bump.

Second of all, security approached me at my hotel room door in an unprofessional manner. He didn’t identify himself at all and he made me feel unsafe as he was yelling that I would have to leave the property if I play music on a Saturday at 5 or 6 PM. He was so rude. I would never stay here again.

Also, fan in bathroom did not work or there was none.
