Overnight stay
Pros:

The location was great, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and friendly. Loved the rooftop terrace.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. It was help yourself buffet. Only one member of staff in the breakfast room. No salt or pepper option at your table. Just a couple of salt and pepper cellars placed near the bufett food.
At one point there were no plates for your food, no glasses for the juice and no teaspoons for your coffee/tea.
Scrambled eggs poorly presented and dry.
All food options were topped up at the buffet when needed.
I was on the second floor. Very noisy, rooms were not soundproof.
